Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Town Center, Wa

Location is great! Walking distance to park, restaurants and stores. Bed was very comfortable, shower nice and room spacious. Loved the pull down blinds - were excellent at keeping the light out.

The wording regarding where you have to pay for parking is confusing. We interpreted it to mean that parking up top was free and in the garage was $15/evening. Come to find out it's $15/night regardless. This should be explicitly stated as we could have easily parked on the street. When I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk, her noncommittal response gave me no indication she even cared about the mix up. Not a great way to end our 5 night stay. Especially w/signs everywhere indicating you go over and above with service - didn't see it in this incidence.

Absolutely awesome hotel, we were in town to ride bikes and the staff was super welcoming, asking questions about our bikes and didn’t care one bit about us having them inside. (We didn’t roll them on the ground of course out of respect we carried them) stayed last year, stayed this year, and will stay again next time!

Only issue, and I mean the one and only issue, is no pool ):

Beautiful hotel located near downtown Redmond, close to shops and restaurants. Bus station on the other side of the street to go to Microsoft campus and to Bellevue and Seattle. The staff super kind and always ready to help. The room large, clean and super comfortable. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay at the Garden Inn. Everything is clean and spacious. I like the lay out of the room. The exercise center is incredible with multiple machines, weights, balls, etc. It's truly fantastic. The hotel lobby and adjoining areas are inviting and cozy. This hotel is just terrific!

In my last review I complained about the lighting in the room. And behold a table lamp has been added. It is still dark in the room. I would love to see herbal tea added to the room's coffee selection. Or at some hotels there is serve yourself tea, coffee, hot chocolate options. I realize there is a store, but everyone loves something free because it makes the stay feel luxurious.

The central location, the newness of the property.

The woman checking us in was like a robot with a heavy accent, hard to understand all that she was saying. Property was very dirty in the parking lot, trash everywhere. Maybe putting a trash can out there would help!

The personnel with whom I dealt were very accommodating and helpful. One gave my sister-in-law a hard time when she tried to call me, saying I was not registered. She insisted that I was and that she had been in my room. They had me listed with my first name as my last name! But I was treated very well by all personnel. The $15/day parking fee was an unpleasant surprise.

No breakfast was provided except prepackaged items for a fee. Even the coffee in the lobby was not free. I needed more light in my room, especially at night.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Redmond making it a terrific location for dining, touring and shopping. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are very modern and well maintained. It is also very clean and new. Everyone was helpful and the facilities are terrific. The gym is quite large for a hotel with lots of equipment options. There is a large selection of food at the shop. The lobby is a great place for visiting and mingling by the fireplace. The two queen room was very spacious and even had a terrific closet for storage. AND the window treatments were awesome at keeping out the unwanted sunlight in the wee hours! Our stay was wonderfully comfortable, and we loved it!

I didn't like that you had to reserve the gym because of Covid policies, but we were able to use the gym and equipment. The lighting in the room is all modern and too dim. That was annoying! The cool barn door on the bathrooms looks amazing, but the function is poor. The rolling door didn't stay closed and you can peek at your spouse from across the room because of the gap. It is a design flaw for sure.

The entire property is beautiful inside and out. Very clean and I felt safe during COVID. Loved the exercise room and rooms felt quiet.

We have a long truck and the parking lot only had a few parking spots that weren’t compact outside of the parking garage. We were able to stay parked the whole trip and walk or ride with friends. Totally understandable in the bigger city though!

It has feel of a high end hotel at mid range prices. Very spacious room, lots of guest ammenities, nice on sight restaurant

The online system doesn't have the ability to book rooms in the same area when paying on separate accounts. We ended up on oppisite sides of the building

I liked how clean the hotel was. The service was exceptional and it's in a prime location for Redmond. There was plenty of food and markets within walking distance.

One of sockets next to the TV didn't work (room 643). One of the staff didn't update when I wanted my room cleaned, but it was fixed the very next dau!
