Staff in the restaurant / bar was a lovely young lady that worked the last shift and served us our wine and first shift the next day to serve breakfast.
Hotel is using a scented detergent or dryer sheets. Could not get away from that fragrance and had a terrible night. Also, being greeted by a girl in a mask is not very welcoming. Does she think we are sick? If she is sick she should not be there. Not a great start and could not hear her behind the mask. Moved on to the nice man with the huge smile. The strawberries were "off" at breakfast.

it’s right in the middle of the shopping district, I could go to several places to eat within 5 min walking. dead quiet at night, and the towels are soft
valet only, although I did appreciate the valet staff being fast and courteous. would be nice for some self park when I needed to come and go several times

Only 3 E vehicle connections. 2 were for Tesla’s and were not used at all. And only 1 was for regular E cars, however someone used it from chech in to check out! With no consideration for others. There needs to be timers with expiration on the chargers, or even require a small fee if the vehicle is left too long. Or a 3 or 4 hr key from reception with a booking window. So unfortunately I was unable to use this hotel benefit which was very important to my travel plans. There are other hotels with more availability in the area.

I was given the wrong hours for a local restaurant so when I came back hungry I asked if there was any food. I was told there wasn't but I found they did indeed sell food after hours. It was a few simple mistakes/miscommunications but I was still getting pretty hangry

The location is excellent. It is in Redmond town center when you can enjoy each morning the public music while drinking your coffee from the nearby Starbucks. The store room is too much convenient.

My bed may have been older and hence, wasn't as comfortable and firm as I would like it to have been. But overall everything else was good.

Would be good if the beds were queen sized. I believe they were full. Pool closes at 8:30 pm, we were hoping to be able to have a late night swim around 10pm.
