Some of the front desk staff and especially, Manager, Jared, actually addressed our concerns. Price was good for the rate we got. Hotel was newish and seemed quite clean and tidy. Really liked that there were games for family/kids in the area adjacent to lobby-table shuffleboard, large block jenga, 3.5ft high Connect 4 board. Parking on the street--if you can find it. Breakfast buffet on non-wknd or holidays (extra cost depending how/where you booked the room). Gym was pretty decent for a hotel and had Pelotons for those that care. 3 separate outdoor seating sections on the terrace, 1 with firepit and another separate area with bbq available for use with heated seating that was quite effective. Fruit infused water available at the lobby. Ice tied up in bags.

If your room is along 152nd St, it could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. This is not a super busy thoroughfare but the air conditioning unit allows sounds from outside to come thru. We did find a dirty towel like some have stated. Breakfast buffet was chaotic on the wknds. Breakfast staff are overworked and understaffed and have seen their frustrations. Some front desk staff indifferent and and one downright confused and rude. Parking is extra ($15/night). Indoor pool was on the smaller side. Very small fridges. One microwave for use (on each floor?) by the ice station/room (not in each room).

AMAZING HOTEL!! great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also close to groceries stores and pharmacies. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious. Great staff! Rooms were very clean. will definitely book here again.

$15 a day for parking. however there is street parking available

The hotel was in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There were many restaurant choices within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean, well-decorated, and very quiet. We loved the outdoor seating with a firepit as well as other places to sit and chat inside. The breakfast area was large and had a good variety of food options. Underground parking was $15/night which was reasonable for the area. The desk staff were very pleasant and helpful as were the breakfast team! The drive time into downtown Seattle was about 25 minutes (on a very busy weekend!).

We found the bed to be very firm which is not our preference.

Nice modern hotel when you want to visit the Microsoft Campus. Much better then all those old eighties hotels in Bellevue. There is a gym, swimming pool and a bar with some games that you can play. If you are in good physical shape then most buildings from Microsoft are within walking distance. Microsoft Store (92) is about a 10 minute walk and the Conference center (33) is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. However Microsoft does have shuttle buses and taxis for transportation between their buildings. There are some grocery stores in the neighborhood if you want to bye some cheaper drinks and food. Safeway is the best option within about half a mile distance. The rooms has a nice fridge for storing beverage cans.

The music in and around the gym was too loud. I want to listen to my own music when doing workouts. And something the hotel can help... a lot of (road) constructions in the neighborhood. But around 2024 there will be two new light rail stations making transport to Seattle and SeaTac much easier. Breakfast is ok, but could be just a little nicer with some more options and put something nice on that TV instead of only commercials.

Front concierge Vee was very nice & knowledgeable. Once I settled in my room & Vee asked if the room was ok. BUT later that night it was not. Room was clean, furnished from soaps, body wash, shampoo, 2 bottle water ($6 each). Bed was very comfortable including the covers. Room was quite, had black out shades & we slept much longer than we expected.

1) No microwave. 2) i didn't notice until late arlt night the bed had 1 blood stains on the sheets. 3) I had 1 car, street parking was hard to find if you have multiple cars.

Hotel was nice, modern and clean located in a safe looking, newer low rise condo neighbourhood. Standard hot breakfast was included. Overnight underground parking was at a reasonable price ($15), though there is plenty of street parking around. A number of restaurants are within walking distance. The gym has plenty of good workout equipment ranging from cardio machines to free weights.

On site restaurant / bar was not open on a Saturday night.Sliding door for the bathroom was difficult to open, causing the heavy door to slam against the wall each time.

Our room was clean and updated, had a fridge and a small coffee machine. There was also small and easy to use safe locker. Water pressure in the shower is super strong. The pool is rather small but clean. Location is quiet and beds are comfortable, so we had a pleasant sleep through the night, which is very important.

Breakfast and parking were not included, but that's kind of expected for a hotel in or close to a big city in the US.

Our stay was amazing. The room was very clean. All the in room amenities was great. I love the kitchen. Becuz one of my kids has allergies. We were so thankful for the functional kitchen and how clean it is. The fridge size was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. My kids had a blast.

The shower door in room 741 seems broken. It wasn't shutting tight. But that didn't bother us too much. The problem was what was under our floor. Something, I guess it's the ac vent, was directly below our room. It was making our whole room shake. It was so noticeable like an earthquake. I kid you not. I almost feel car sick.

Very nice and clean room. The hotel has a modern, upscale feel. Good location near shops and restaurants. The neighbouring buildings are mostly condos, so the area's pretty safe.

Parking isn't included in the price, but there's free street parking around the hotel. The room isn't very soundproof; I could hear the guests upstairs walking around pretty clearly. Pretty basic amenities in the room.

Very contemporary room, clean, nice soaps and very comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't really breakfast - coffee and muffins were about it at Aloft. We experienced issues with the room key (front desk person forgot to activate them), so we couldn't get the elevator to work to even get to the room. Had to go back and get them activated. There was no staff person available at Aloft, so we were emailed and told to check in at Element - the front desk person there was not great, however the next morning when checking out, the front desk girl was very helpful, let us eat breakfast (which was great) at Element because we'd had trouble with our room key.
