We visited from Vancouver Canada, we were very tired drove over 390km، and the hot tub took away all our stress.i checked around 50hotels oy one with a working hot tub. The hotel is in a secluded area so you feel safe, the staff were amazing we checked in around 9 and had extended checkout for free which was a bonus for us. The rooms were a perfect size, microwave, fridge coffee maker. Bed was good too, and overall just a nice hotel to stay at. Thank you, looking forward to booking again the extra time we visit.

We were on the 1st floor and when they walked in the upstairs room we heard the floor cracking seems like it's gone weak and about to fall a bit scary, honestly only until we fell asleep

The location was good, services were attentive. The staffs were pretty sweet.

Soundproof could be improved - I could clearly hear my neighbors, which made me hard to sleep at night. Also, the entry cards always lost magnets, which was frustrated as I couldn't reach my room then.

It was nice and quiet if not a bit hard to find at first. Well-located for our local adventures including getting to downtown Seattle in a reasonable amount of time.

Sign on the road as we drove past twice. Better pillows would be nice. A few more breakfast options. Would also be nice to have had the coffee station open in afternoon/evening.

This was the cutest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My dogs and I loved it. The balconies overlook/lead to a beautiful grassy courtyard area which is great for pets and has pretty trees and lights everywhere. The staff were super nice and it seemed like a safe area, super quiet too. The room was cute and I loved that the bedroom was separate from the living area. Also liked the blackout shades and safety locks on the doors and windows. They also refunded my damage deposit a week or so later contrary to a lot of the other reviews. 10/10 will stay here again and will recommend to friends.

The only negative thing that I noticed was that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well, especially the shower which was a handicap shower. Specifically, there were several long hairs left on the walls and tub that were in plain sight.

The bed was new and the room was clean and pretty quiet.

The TV didn't work/wouldn't turn on with remote. Wish there was a fan in the bathroom to take out shower steam and wish there had been a "do not disturb" card in the room to prevent housekeeping from knocking while I get ready for my day. (I travel to town periodically to teach dinner classes and don't get back to the hotel until midnight most times so I like to take my time getting up.) To be fair, housekeeping was subtle very respectful (not the loud assault that can sometimes be heard at other facilities as they make their way down the hallway). This was much appreciated.

It seemed like a mostly empty hotel, yet we were put in a room beside other guests...which I understand for housekeeping is probably easiest. However, the rooms are not very sound proof and so we could hear our neighbours, which just seemed a shame when there were plenty of rooms to space out a bit more.

The hotel is in a beautiful area, and I always feel safe when I'm walking my dog around at night. Rooms are nice and comfy, and the staff members are always helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have stayed here a few times and have absolutely nothing to complain about!

Pretty quiet. Mostly people there for work and school trips which is good because you would probably hear most things in the hallways if there were people being loud and partying. Decent location for a quick trip, saving a bit by being outside Seattle. If you're seeing a show at Marymoor Park, perfect location.

Only a couple things. No fan in the bathroom. No hair dryer.

Big comfy bed Great curtains that actually obscured all the light Room was perfectly adequate for the price - large, clean, had fridge (although I unplugged this as do not like the humming) Check in desk staff offered to open pool for me for half an hour when I arrived at 1am in case I needed to unwind!!!

Car park is round the back of the property and think they are stretched / maybe do not have quite enough

Room stayed heated but didn't get to hot along with the bed; it was comfy but wasn't too plushy and that can get to be too hot but was just right that I didn't need to wear a long sleeve shirt.

There isn't much that I didn't like. Initially, there my sink was clogged but the sent out an engineer within minutes to assess and then eventually fix. So that was great!
