Embassy Suites By Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square

Super convenient location for Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, Amtrak, metro and bus services. Easy to get to from I-5 and WA-99 too. Pool and afternoon reception are also handy. Room was comfy enough - we slept on a double sofa bed pull-out and the kids had the beds in the bedroom area. Fine for 3 nights but you wouldn't have wanted to be that cramped for any longer. Hotel looks/feels modern. Parking expensive but convenient on-site secure lot.

Pool was murky and jacuzzi area had a layer of slime. Not sure if supposed to look like that or just how it is after a day of heavy use (hotel was busy due to Mariner's game) but not the most appealing. Shame as the views from the pool area were stunning.

I paid a lot to stay there so I was expecting everything to be top notch and it was! The staff was outstanding, the room was perfect. I loved the gym and pool! we used them a few times during our stay. Our son wanted to come and hang out in the hotel while we were attending a concert we were there for and we weren't charge for having an extra person. We did not get charge for the late check out they granted us that morning as well. If the price wasn't so steep I'd stay at these places more often!

Well if I had anything to say I wasn't satisfied with would have to be the breakfast. It wasn't that bad but they used instant eggs, the bacon was almost like cardboard in texture, But then I am a Army vet so I've had worse chow. The wife and son liked the breakfast, so that's what matters for me most! Oh and the dining area they had us at for breakfast, not enough seating so we had to go into our room to eat. we would have liked to mingle with the other guests because many were there for the concert too.

The train stationmaster gave us a ride to Hilton Hotel on his golf cart (30 second trip) quite literally steps away from the Amtrak King Street stop from (Cascades journey from Vancouver) and he retrieved our bags and brought them to the front desk of Embassy Suites. After a late check-out, we left the next afternoon on Amtrak again (Empire Builder to Chicago) We missed the all-star game in Seattle by a day but the front office staff gave me a key card that had the all-star logo on it.

All was well.. Price for room was way too high, (paid almost $500.00 for one night) inflated because of All-Star game blocking I guess

I liked how convenient it was to King Street Station since I arrived on Amtrak. It is extremely close to the station’s door to King Street. It was safe and secure, breakfast was included, and I enjoyed the gym, pool, and hot tub the next morning. The pool has a nice view, too. I enjoyed the included breakfast. Staff was gracious at checkout time and pleasant about storing my bags for the afternoon while I explored Seattle until my ride could pick me up.

I am glad I checked street view on Google Maps prior to my arrival. Otherwise in the dark and drizzle I might have had trouble finding the location. The signage wasn’t what I expected. The price was higher than I typically pay for a hotel stay but I got my money’s worth.

The hotel was right across from the football field. Our room had an amazing view and our walk to the game only took a few minutes. We would stay at this hotel again.

My daughter had the same room with no view and it should have had a view. Her bathroom sink also did not drain.

the washing machines were dramatically dirty !! this is to me unacceptable for this level of hotel. the sofa bed is to be done by yourself… incredible I never experienced that. even in lower hotels the sofa bed was ready ! this is the second time during our vacation that we are highly disappointed by the Hilton, the one is Vancouver is not at the right level either. not sure at all I will book again in a Hilton.

The location was downtown and walking distance from the things we wanted to see. We had a rental, but soon discovered everything was close by. Customer service was also on point. The women at the front counter were helpful and kind, and our waiter at the 13 Coins restaurant next door was also pretty awesome.

The bathroom was not as clean as I liked. Maid service was upon request for stays under 4 days, so this may have added to the state of the bathroom. It wasn't "dirty" per se, but it wasn't as clean as it should've been. The floor needed to be swept and mopped better, especially corners. The walls of the shower were also a bit discolored from mdew or staining.

Location was great, it was very clean and the people working were friendly. We had a great view from our room. We liked the shower.

I thought I had booked a corner room, with even more space and more window view, but that is not what we got. Not sure the price was worth what we did get, but it worked. Parking was terribly expensive and there were no shuttles at all to any of the locations that are close, which would have been great for me as I am disabled and walking is not the best option. The barn door set up for the bathroom did not allow for ANY privacy, we could hear what anyone in there was doing.

Price was a bit high but the hotel was amazing: we were welcomed at the reception, check in was fast and gave us all the info we needed. Wifi is free Theres free complementary drinks (2 per person) until 6.30 pm, pool is open till 11 pm and has a hot tub. Theres also a huge gym with showers and breakfast was amazing, they even did a personalized omelette and had starbucks coffee! The room w 2 queen beds and city view was spectacular. Had 2 tvs, small fridge and microwave. And the shower was the best one ive ever seen! Lots of free/paid on the street parking, couple restaurants around and bars and lots of police for safety

Breakfast was excellent! The room size was excellent as well. The cocktail hour between 4pm - 6pm was a zoo! You need to separate the area where adults can get adult beverages vs. where the children can go and get their beverages. It was a very long line.

Check-in was terrible! It was game day (Mariners vs Red Sox). We got there around 12noon for check-in and there was only one (1) person manning the front desk. Totally unacceptable! In addition, it was unfair to him as he was overwhelmed. You need to ensure on game days that there are two (2) people handling check in from 11am - 1pm to take of the crowd as well as checking in bags and moving them to safe location as most of the rooms are not available until 4pm! That was my complaint as well as my brother's! You would thing this would have been dialed in by now considering Sun afternoon games at both stadiums!
