Great Location, Great variety of restaurants, easy access to the Highway. Staff very friendly and accommodating, room was bright, well appointed, older but very clean and safe. The Breakfast room was bright and cheerful, with a generous variety of options to suit most everyone. Would highly recommend. Great Value!!! Will stay again.

We stayed on the weekend. Very quiet and peaceful.

The location is good with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very helpful and cheerful.

Our room faced the construction site right next door and sometimes the noise was a bit loud. Also, the Inn is having a facelift and make it a bit difficult to get out of the parking area.

The location was perfectly convenient for my work and play; Breakfast options were plentiful and varied; including fresh coffee later into the day, hotel perfectly clean, and quiet enough, even if central, the room spacious, and the staff ever helpful and friendly- I was very grateful for their kindness. Especially rare was the pool, which I will go back for, if given the chance!

I'd have happily stayed another day, but it was already full. Good to know this place.

The driveways around the property are a little tight in spots . Not a big deal

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Price was right. Easy to access, perfect location. Amazing amounts of hot water! Well lit parking lot, felt safe. Firm mattress (perfect for me, a bit hard for my S.O.) Would absolutely stay here again.

Not something that would prevent me from staying here in the future, but perhaps an area for improvement. The room had darkening shades (they worked great) but no privacy shades. Being on the ground level, you could see everything in the room from the outside...pulling the darkening shades - worked for privacy but we lost out on natural light and had to turn on a lot of the room lights.

Breakfast quite good! It included cereals, pastries, yogurt, bananas, great coffee (with real cream!), flavored creamers, milk, soy and oat milk options, hard-boiled eggs, and various breads and bagels. The property was scrupulously clean and well maintained. Staff were conscientious and friendly. Great bed, black out curtains, good heating/air conditioner unit, always nice to have a refridgerator in the room, microwave available. The location was also central to where we wanted to be; Fairhaven, Boulevard Park and Boardwalk, shopping, Whatcom Falls Park, just off the freeway but not close enough to hear the traffic.

Great welcoming breakfast lobby where new people came up to us to converse. It set a nice ambience for the morning start of the day. Great choice of food for a continental breakfast. The food area was kept clean, stocked, and well attended every 15 minutes or so.

We had previously requested months ago a room with a poolside view, but when we arrived, we received the room on the other side of the pool. That was annoying because we had to take time to change rooms again. The counter person for the first night was not very friendly to us. The change of counter person the next night was a great change of service!

We stayed here in July 2019, so we stayed here Aug 4-7 this year. We enjoyed the location, convenient to downtown, restaurants and a good pizza place, McKays. The room was spotless, bedding was nice and comfortable. Coffee maker in room. Also mini fridge. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very accommodating! The continental breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Coffee, several varieties of milks, juices,assorted breads, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries. The breakfast area is kept spotlessly clean and the seating is comfortable. If we're back in Bellingham again, we would stay here.

No complaints.

Everything was clean and in good repair. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The hot water was almost instantly warm. The selections for the continental breakfast were simple but well-chosen - the coffee was good and I could get a healthy breakfast if I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful and courteous. Once I got an eye mask for the early light, with earplugs I was able to get some good sleep. I don't ask for a lot of hotels, just that it's clean and comfortable and I can get a good night's rest.

As is typical for most hotels, the AC is so loud I can't sleep if I use it, and I sleep with earplugs. The hotel is right next to I5 which curves around it so opening the windows makes it unpleasantly loud with the traffic noise, which you can hear through the windows. I wish the curtains had a little more coverage on the windows because the early sun woke me up. Fortunately I was able to get an eye mask after the first night. For me these are all pretty minor since they all have workarounds except for the Air Conditioning unit.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean.

No microwave in the room.
