Sleep Inn Winfield - Teays Valley0

My family and I came to West Virginia and stayed at the Sleep Inn during a difficult time. We were in town for the homegoing service of my first cousin. So as you can imagine we needed a place to gather ourselves and rest. The Sleep Inn staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper. I loved the commentary teas. They had a morning tea, anytime tea and a sleepy tea(my favorite)! They as had commentary coffee including decaf, orange juice, apple juice and popcorn. Free breakfast and free parking. I also loved the overall decor of the room and hotel. The bed was so comfy that I fell asleep within 5 minutes after my sleepy tea and lying down. I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much to the staff who were so friendly and greeted us with smiles. You don't know how much that meant to us. Keep up the great work.

spectacular!! clean, great staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds. We were very impressed with the breakfast staff- who kept everything stocked and cleaned up the breakfast bar about every 5-10 minutes to keep it shiny clean! we were so impressed. definitely staying here again next time we visit family in WV

The hotel was very new and facilities were excellent as well as the breakfast

Booking.com "took over" my reservation when I thought I was on choice hotels site. This made it more difficult to change my reservation (although it was done). I purposely set up a changeable reservation but because it was through book.com and not choice hotels it was difficult.

A clean, newer hotel in a convenient location with pleasant staff and amenities. Most comfortable night's sleep I've had in awhile! Perfect pitstop on a long drive through the WV mountains.

Literally nothing. This place was great.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and had many options. The rooms were very clean and luxurious. Great view of the hill where we saw many deer every day.

If it had a pool, it would've been perfection

Water pressure wasn’t good but that’s not really fault of hotel. The bathroom was nice and clean otherwise. I liked the shower without tub in our room.

The breakfast was amazing with many options. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They smelled clean and fresh. I loved the coffee, tea, hot cocoa bar that was available all the time to guests! We weren't there for the cookies and popcorn but I loved the idea. Very customer friendly and focused, which is hard to find these days (It seems). It was a very comfortable and clean stay.

Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was the best of anywhere we stayed. Shopping and restaurants are right there. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone. We will be back...

Location was great as we were visiting family nearby & couldn't stay with them due to Covid-19.

No one showed up to fix breakfast because of the weather which was disappointing, but we did have yogurt & boiled eggs. Bananas were mushy & ready to be made into banana bread. Also, the road noise from I64 was a little hard to sleep with. But, rooms on back side of hotel didn't have that issue. We're going to have to remember that if we come back.

Easy on and easy off from Interstate. Great half way point for us when we visit our daughter in NC. We plan on using this location in the future. Loved it.
