Super 8 by Wyndham Dunbar/Charleston Area

I worked here a few years back so I knew the property well. The staff was great & some I had worked w before. The rooms were clean & maintained well! The easy access off the interstate was a plus as well. We were in-the process of moving into our new home & was able to clean up, rest & relax here in between working on our place! I give it a 10

There was one lady @ the front desk that wasn't very friendly nor accommodating. Her poor social skills were unnecessary!

It is a simple hotel, nothing fancy, but exactly what I needed to crash during a long drive. It's very close to the highway, easy on easy off, at least eastbound. (I cannot comment on westbound.)That means it's a little noisy with highway traffic. Very reasonable grab and go breakfast. Perfectly clean. Friendly, efficient, no-nonsense staff. I will return.

Multiple other guests were noisy in the hallway during the night, and some were apparently smoking.

Close to where I needed to be. Easy to get to off the highway. Parking was great. Room was excellent. I was able to check in early cause no one was in the room the night before. I only wanted to put my drinks in the refrigerator. Fast food was easily available.

Everything was fine for me. I couldn’t fine nothing I didn’t like about this place.

I was very satisfied. The room was beautiful and big. I love how they have the big sink with lighting before you go in the bathroom. Big plus was the 3 beds that was perfect for my lil family and the price was right. Thank you. I will be visiting more often.

The room was so clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room came stocked with microwave and mini-fridge. The price per night was much less than other hotels of similar quality. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was!

The breakfast was a little small.

very nice property, a little odd that you had to use stairs to get to any floor. there was no main floor except for the lobby

breakfast wasn’t great and the lobby is really small. shower would mess up sometimes and only have hot water

Comfortable bed, nice to have refrigerator and microwave and a closet to stash my things and keep the place looking clutter free.

When you’re a solo traveler, hotels are not really a good value.

There was no breakfast that we saw.

We reserved a king sized bed when we got there all they had, they called it a queen seamed like a double. We were tired so we just excepted it. Cramped but we got a little sleep. The smell of pot was all through the up stairs concerned me as I am a cal driver.

Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This area was on the sketchy side. We felt safe on the property but definitely didn't wander around the area.

Spacious. Clean. QUIET! Good location along our route. The desk staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The coffee station was too small.
