Sleep Inn & Suites Cross Lanes - South Charleston

Loved that it was close to Family and Friends in the area. KIDS ENJOYED the Indoor Pool to swim. Loved all the Staff's conversations and always asking if there was anything needed. Breakfast staff is AWESOME & made it even more a wonderful reason to get up early for breakfast.

Nothing bad to say at all. One of the best run businesses I have come in contact with in Years.

The location was convenient and easy to access. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was an excellent selection of breakfast foods(fresh fruit, bagels, 2 types of bread for toast, biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, cooked apples with cinnamon, and this was just some of what was available) and it was fresh, hot, and good. We were very pleasantly surprised at this Hotel, and we will definitely stay again when we are in Charleston!

The machine that dispenses juice broke on our last morning there.😔

I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was nice and very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful. Our breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. They had cookies and popcorn in the evenings for free. This was a very nice hotel. A great place and location for the price. I would highly recommend!

I really don’t have anything about the property that I didn’t like.

Breakfast was very nice and had a nice variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The facility also offers soup in the evening along with snack popcorn which was a very nice addition. The room along with the facility was clean and quiet. The fitness center offered a treadmill, bike, and elliptical. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay at this location again.

Everything was outstanding from the room, the breakfast and the friendly helpful staff. It is conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Upon check-in, fresh cookies are offered. They also had soup available upon check-in (didn't try it but it smelled really good) which they said they offer Monday through Thursday. The breakfast was great with eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, yogurts, cereals, breads and make your own waffles. A filling meal for a full day of travel.

Loved the free soup in the evening. It was chili the night I was there and it was delicious and hit the spot! Breakfast was very good too. Room was clean, great bed and nice tv selection.

It was a little hard to find as my navigation system could not locate the address and I had to call for directions.

My wife and I are both mobility challenged (I am in a wheelchair).When I called, I requested a handicapped room. We were given a double size room, which was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we visit Charleston again, we plan to stay at Sleep Inn.

Breakfast was delicious and the sweet lady maintaining the buffet is always a joy in the morning. The lady working the front desk upon our arrival offered us a steaming hot container of soup. What a pleasant surprise that was. The hotel was spotless and I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Location was perfect Cracker Barrel right there and many restaurants in the area also Walmart right down the rode and the casino too the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast was very good beds comfortable and cookies at night

My room was two double beds which was fine but the bathroom was extremely small with sink outside. A double bed room is usually for four people there was no way everyone could use that bathroom with any privacy plus if there was knowhere to hang towels. That was the only thing I did not like everything else was perfect with my stay so my advice is that size bathroom should be for one person room

we have continued to book at this location and love it! super close to the complex we attend, perfect location for good food finds, rooms are always clean, King beds are comfy, breakfast is amazing, we love the hot chocolate bar and fresh popcorn for the littles with us !
