This hotel is a little older and could use some new updates, perhaps, but my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional, friendly & always helpful.I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Parkersburg, WV
There was nothing to dislike or complain about. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and I received 4 days of exceptional service, quality and comfort.

1st room given to us was not clean. Linen all over and trash. No more 1st floor rooms. 2nd floor was hard due to knee problems. Room clean. Light over sink kept going off. Tub was dirty.
