The staff from the front to the back was excellent and pleasant to deal with. The facilities were very well kept and the breakfast was great.
We booked through booking.com a double queen room, but when we got there, they gave a king with sofa. Not sure where the mix up happened, but they couldn't help us bc the place was booked for our volleyball tournament. Luckily the sleeper sofa was newer and had a good memory foam mattress and was good enough to get a us through the weekend. The hotel staff reached out and made it right by other means.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was quick with our request to have the sheets on our bed changed, which we appreciated! We really liked the hot tub.
The hot offerings of the free breakfast were awesome, however, the last day of our stay I opened a yogurt and there was mold in it. I don't think it was anybody's fault, the expiration date hadn't even been hit yet. But I wondered if it was a refrigeration issue or something. Just thought I'd mention it.

There was this incessant ringing noise that happened constantly. There was also someone who had a happy dog and it was barking late at night and early in the morning, right outside of our room. While this isn’t the fault of the hotel, it seems like rooms with pets should be in one specific part of the hotel.

The room and beds were very clean, and beds were very comfortable and loved the extra pillows on each bed. We very much enjoyed the breakfast...the food was excellent, and the ladies were right there to help with any questions and to clean up any spills and tables.

Beds were comfy. Room was clean and had a few seating options, so you could eat in room if needed. Excellent breakfast! The ladies running the breakfast were so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Loved the layout of the hotel room. It was well thought out. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant and welcoming.

We loved that it was very clean and comfy. We were traveling for a baseball tournament and the location was great for that. Our son really loves the pool. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. I lost a wedding ring and the staff helped me in every way possible. I appreciate their caring and compassion. I will definitely come back.

wish there was better lighting for reading in bed. lamps are not at right height, need to be brighter and adjustable. but this is a pretty common problem in hotels/motels
