Cobblestone Hotel and Suites - Baldwin

As a light sleeper, I was impressed with how sound proof the rooms were! We didn't hear anything from the hallways. The breakfast was great!

I had booked a King bed room with a whirlpool bath. When we checked in and got to our room, it was a two queen bed room. When we went back to the desk, she indicated that Booking.com does not pass along the room type information to the property so they were not aware that I had booked the King room with whirlpool bath. They did not have that type of room open so we were stuck with the two queen bed room. We were running in a 10+ mile trail race the next day and wanted to soak in the tub when we were done. Instead we had to drive to Target and buy swimsuits to go sit in the hotel hot tub with other people. Not what we were looking forward to. Don't blame the property for the mix up. Bookings.com seems to be the issue in this situation.

Shower, clean bed sheets and bed..

We stayed 3 nights, I told the janitress who worked in the morning to put new towels and take the trash out and she said OKAY I will do it, but when we got back to the hotel at 9pm, no new towels and the trash still there. why Lie and not telling the truth that they aren't allowed to get inside the room.

It was spacious, clean and had a large parking lot. It was conveniently located near the highway and a gas station as well as a couple small eateries. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The light over the sink was dim so it was difficult to see your toiletries or use the mirror.

Room was extremely clean and bedding was awesome!! Could use some plastic silverware due to Covid and having to take food To Go. Really great place to stay!!!!!

Breakfast was very good, Bisc & gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, & many other items. room was clean, beds comfy, nice pool & large hot tub. Staff was very friendly, cheerful & accommodating.

Very helpful & friendly staff. Pool very clean, they heat it to 86 degrees, was great & hot tub was great too. Breakfast included was excellent. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Would stay again if i come back to area..

Breakfast was very good, however maybe an extra staff person assigned to breakfast would help. For refills, questions, cleaning tables, etc.

Spa in the room.breakfast was amazing not just some cereal you actually get a breakfast, eggs,and waffles and toast and muffins,donuts and so much more its great

The hotel and my room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. My room had a large mini-fridge... very convenient. I was very impressed how quiet it was.
