Best Western Plus Hudson I-94

We booked a room with double queens but some of our travel party backed out on us. When we arrived we asked if we could be switched to a king room and the staff at the front desk was very nice in accommodating our request. The room was spacious and up to date; I was very pleased with the room. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options; everything was stocked and very clean.

We came to town for the Hot Air Affair area event. We were outside in the bitter cold all day and we were really looking forward to warming up in the hot tub, but, then we found out the heater was not working in the hot tub! I certainly understand these things happen, but, it was disappointing. Also, the one nightstand next to the bed (room 225A) had a large area of something smeared/hardened on it from a previous guest. This is not a big deal and did not impact our stay at all. We did leave the light on in this area when we left hoping that it would be seen/cleaned.

They had the best breakfast selections compared to other hotels we’ve been at this week. Unexpected surprise: they had free ice cream items for you from 7 pm to 11 pm. Excellent location with easy access to food, movies, and interstate Highway.

The toilet bowl had brownish stain? I thought maybe iron stain. Notified staff on departure and they said they would definitely check into it.

Breakfast was ok. I was glad it really was a continental type. The hot tub was great. The location was a bit noisy at night, but it was ideally located for where I needed to go. I was not there on business, but I was there to accomplish specific items which were close by. They have direct TV in the rooms and it's a bit sluggish when you change items such as channels, but they included several HBO channels, so movies were pretty much on non-stop if you didn't have anything else you wanted to watch.

I paid for a king suite with 2 tv's so I didn't have to sit in the bedroom to watch TV. The remote for the TV in the room with the couch did not work and the staff could not get it to. They switched it out and tried like 6 or 8 other remotes and never got it working. So I rearranged the furniture a bit to watch the TV and not have to be in the bed doing it.

Everything about this place is amazing! From early check-in, the beautiful room, the pool and hot tub area, no over powering chemical small (means clean), the evening ice cream treat, the comfy pillows,, bed, comforter.....and the absolutely amazing hot breakfast!!! Hands down the best hotel we have stayed at ever!! Thank you!

The staff were great. The room was clean and good sized. The hotel is located near many stores and restaurants so there were many choices for meals. Breakfast was good too.

The beds were not comfortable and the pool was ice cold. The hot tub had dead bugs floating in it and dirt and sand in it.

This was the cleanest hotel I've seen in a long time. Every surface was clean. The pool was very clean and I had a nice swim. The service was friendly and helpful. Really nice breakfast with make-your-own pancake machine and hot eggs and sausage. I was very comfortable here.

The room was a little loud because they don't have carpets down due to Covid. Quick fix - put a rolled towel by the bottom of the door and you won't hear people as they pass by.

I have an elderly mother with breathing issues. The hotel was very accommodating by allowing us to bring her recliner from home for comfort. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was extremely helpful.

I left some things in the drawers and your staff located them and returned them to me in FL. I appreciated their efforts. Breakfast was fine, location perfect for us.

More towel racks in the bathroom. There were two of us and nowhere to put wet towels and wash cloths.

Great breakfast! Large handicap bathroom! Coffee available all the time! Pool and Jacuzzi both had accessible lifts which is really RARE.

We had a handicap accessible room which had a separate large bedroom, bathroom then a sitting area with pull out sofa. But, they only had air/heat running in the bedroom and no place else. Which made the other areas stuffy. Poor ventilation..sad because we loved everything else.

Staff was very committed to our having an enjoyable stay. I called and let them know we would be arriving late. When we arrived they mentioned we were on time per our call and offered an ice cream bar😊. Nice surprise. At breakfast we decided we would like a pancake and staff started up the machine and got it ready just for us. The facility was extremely clean. It was very nice and we would welcome the chance to stay there again.
