The restaurant in the hotel is amazing! The rooftop hot tub was also very nice. I really liked the decor and design of the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The lobby is a cozy place to relax in as well.

The beds are firmer than no I like, although the pillows were perfect! There is no fridge in the room and it was a bit inconvenient to always have to ask the front desk for ice since there aren’t any ice machines on the floors. There was no closet in our room. it had hold instead, which was okay for us, but might not be for others.

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and great hot tub. Loved the little things like they had a basket of water and Tylenol etc set out at front desk in the morning.

It was hard to find the parking area since it doesnt specify on the website where it is and there isn’t good signage to show you where it is, just a logo symbol. But we were unfamiliar with the logo. I also didn’t like that the restaurant was wide and open to elevator doors, there’s no privacy between the two. That was kind of awkward waiting for the elevator while people are watching you…

This place is absolutely beautiful. There was not one thing I didn't like. What I loved the most about the Hotel Crosby was the large rooms with patio and balcony suites, roof top patio and hot tub, and the in house restaurant called the Matchstick. There is a reserved parking ramp for hotel guests which made it very easily accessible! Best place to stay in Stillwater to have every shop within walking distance.

Honestly did not find anything negative about this place.

loved the location and Matchsticks bar/ restaurant our bartender we was more than delightful and assisted us in picking first rate meal choices

seems the rooms have little insulation, as the room next to us were quite noisy and we could hear it all, on the second floor. Amana blew such cool air that could not sleep on bed closest to it. We set register at 74degrees.

On check in a valet helped unload in front. Reconstructed former warehouse or office. Nice detailing of old building. Dinner excellent with small plates to share, but dining room jammed with drinkers and diners making for extreme noise. Could not hear each other. Nice soft and cool sheets on very comfortable and firm bed. Contemporary bath and shower. Very quiet room. Interesting furnishings.

Dining room and bar together making excessive noise.Quieter dining room separated from bar would be preferred. No house breakfast. Parking less than convenient with outdoor connection to ramp and central elevator necessitating a bit of a walk. Pricey

The building itself was built to fit in with the existing buildings- very good. The interior was really nicely done. Good vibes.

Our room was nice but nothing exceptional that warranted the high price.

Loved the location, and the staff was wonderful. They brought ice to my room within 5 minutes of my request… very helpful and nice.

I didn’t love the noise level. My room was the second one away from the elevator, and there were quite a few groups of loud people in the middle of the night, despite posted ‘quiet hours’.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was a unique and nice experience. The decor in the room and the tall ceilings is unlike any other place we've stayed in and gives it an adventurous feel. And the rooftop hot tub is definitely worth it! The location was amazing! We had several activities planned and were able to walk to them all from the hotel while keeping the car parked in their free parking ramp (FYI the top level of the parking ramp is pay but lower is free for hotel guests). We had a burnt out light bulb upon checking in and the front desk staff fixed it immediately and was apologetic. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the food looked amazing.

Our room was called a "King Balcony"; however, it was on the first floor and had a door leading to the outside, where two chairs had been placed on a sidewalk approximately 30-50ft away from the back door to the kitchen with a view of the alley also. It certainly was not a balcony and shouldn't be advertised as such. The blinds are also very see through, from both sides, which means that anyone walking out of the kitchen/parking lot/alley could look in and have a perfect view of the room including the bed, at any time of day or night... blinds should not be see through especially when someone could be outside standing 2 ft from the bed...

The accommodations at the “Crosby” are stellar from the location in downtown Stillwater to the friendly staff.. the food at “Matchstyks” is outstanding… the GM is old school, he rememberers that the hotel business is about class of accommodations and this team gets it right.. “The devil’s in the details”.!! Enjoy your stay at the Crosby..!!! This is the most Exceptional boutique hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying at… thank you..!!! Ps. a box of candy with a hand written card in the room for my wife’s bday.. AWESOME ..!! Thanks John

The hot tub is always a pleasure! It's the main reason that we make the trip there!! Bed is super comfy and the rooms are always very clean! Great drink specials during happy hr at matchstick!

We came for valentine's day and got the tomahawk and lobster dinner special at matchstick and our food was completely burnt. We did get a new lobster tail, but the steak was well done instead of medium as we ordered.
