Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Stillwater, MN

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Our housekeeper Renee was exceptional, Manager Joan, and evening manager were as well. Floor in elevator and outside of elevator had same food on it and sticky floors for 3 days. Hall/stair carpet flooring dirty, yet it's hard to keep those areas clean. Our room was immaculately clean.

cleanliness of floors in elevator, outside elevator in Stairwells and the common area carpeting. Also same fruit loops 3 days in pool area, although their is a sign that says no food in pool area, Its impossible though to get guests to comply with rules .

staff was excellent, location easy to get to, free parking, comfortable bed, ease of getting service for extra towels, extra coffee packets, water, whirlpool was clean.

The front door had dirty carpets and floor was dirty, we had a whirlpool with dirty jets. we went to store and got bleach, partially filled whirlpool above the jets and ran the jets. all the dirt coming out was amazing. we did this twice before we felt comfortable using it to soak in. the other problem was only 2 towels in room. this was odd in a room with a whirlpool. we had to go ask for extra towels. then we were told at check in there is 150 deposit! that should be in booking site information.

The room was very clean, quiet and modern. The front desk staff were polite, personable and helpful. The coffee and breakfast were plentiful and delicious 😋 The location was convenient to many fun activities, great restaurants and super shopping!

Our room size was very expansive. We enjoyed a suite with a whirlpool tub and a couch. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy conversing without having to awkwardly sit on the bed the whole time.

We have a toddler, so staying at a place with a pool is always a plus! However, the hot tub was way too hot. We informed the staff, who ensured us they'd lower the temperature.

Updated inside and good location. Good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Beds were alittle too hard, for my liking. Room was clean however the wall length mirror had wipe marks all over it and wood head boards were smeared up and filthy. Room was outrageously expensive, even for a peak tourist weekend in Stillwater.

Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. They did an excellent job with the cleanliness of the building and the breakfast was excellent. Convenient location and good price.

The beds were a little hard.

We got one of the rooms with the hot tub and were very satisfied with the size of the room and its amenities. The hot tub was excellent and the room was very quiet.

Unfortunately the waffle maker went kaput before we could use it for the continental breakfast, but there was a Perkins next door so no biggie.

Very impressed with the hot breakfast meat options. We could not locate the milk for the cereal. Over worth the price.

Add a microwave to the breakfast area - some people like their food a little hotter than what was served.

We checked in feb 20 at 4PM. The check in girl was super pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful with the area and activities, and a true pleasure to deal with. The location was great, near shopping, activities, and food.

On booking.com, it said that breakfast was included. However, there was no breakfast. It was a major disappointment. Booking.com also said there was a pool. However, at check in, we were told that only one room could enter the pool area at a time and you had to sign up. The only time left was at 11pm. A major disappointment for my son.

Overall a nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room seemed stuffy. A shirt I hung in the closet came out smelling like mildew. The room was stocked with only enough towels, toilet paper, etc. for two people staying one night, which didn't allow for any overuse.
