Country Inn River Falls

The hotel was very close to my destination. It was a modest hotel but it was very good for what it offered. There was an indoor pool. Next time I will bring a swimsuit.

Temperature control in the room was not the best, however it was adequate.

My friend was coming to town (St Paul, Minnesota) and I wanted to get us a hotel for the weekend and I saw Country Inn, the reason I booked it was because it didn’t look like a busy area, we both don’t like the busy cities. And it wasn’t too far for us to drive and we wanted to see a new area. My first impression when we got there was the receptionist was super nice. The hotel was clean and it’s a cute/happy vibe. We drove to Hudson to go to Walmart, Target and restaurants so we didn’t have to drive far. The receptionist when we checked out was really friendly as well. We both now want to move to River Falls. Main Street also has some cute shops. McDonalds was across the street from the hotel if you really needed some food. Kind of wish there was a microwave in the room but that’s okay. We can and did survive without it. The Hot Tub was great, the jets need a little tune up though. I was expecting the pool to be cold when I got in after being in the hot tub but it was really warm. I don’t have any complaints that would have made my stay better. 10/10 for sure. :)

Very nice place for the price. The staff was super nice and friendly, as well as helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice sized compared to some hotels. You had a nice choice to pick from for breakfast, and the place was very very very clean.

It was a great location! Clean facilities. Pool open later than most hotels.

There was a dirty sock in my room. When I told the front desk. They half-heartedly apologized but didn't offer a room discount or anything.

Location was very convenient and easy to find, comfy bed and pillows, clean room!

Breakfast was sub-par options, even considering it’s a continental breakfast.

Very comfortable and felt like home. Staff was very friendly and helped us with anything that we needed!

Shower/Tub was a bit outdated, best western has way better bathrooms. Room was a little small but we had 4 people in a 2 queen room but that wasn’t hotels fault. Hair dryer was also missing from room but staff was happy to assist us with bringing us one.

It was nice and quite. We traveled to visit River falls College and it was great location. We had to wait for someone to check us in but I believe only one person was working and he apologized he was cleaning the party room.

Love this place, always available for a great stay!! Enjoy the location and close food choices.

Need to have plastic silverware in the rooms and a few more bottles of shampoo/conditioner for those of us who forgot!😊

Breakfast was just ok. It was a little less than what we had hoped, but it was thoughtful and convenient.

There was a piece of candy stuck to the ceiling just inside the entrance to the room.

The bed was really comfortable

The 2nd shift desk clerk was not very friendly. Seemed irritated every time I rang the bell and he didn't put coffee out the 3rd shift did. Also a kids bday party was going on in the pool. Couldn't swim or relax with all the screaming and they took up all the chairs and tables
