The Breakfast was excellent. Nice selection of food and clean dining room. Helpful checkin personnel.

I am a member of AARP and upon advance registration they would not honor my discount. Upon check in asked about discount and was told they do not set prices. Checked with internet and you advertise they honor AARP discount. What is the problem, advance personnel not trained? Location is fine except having to go through the round a bouts. I was a General sales manager for a division of a fortune 100 company-have stayed at many motels/hotels.

I like the free beer in the evening, I loved the fitness center (it's good to finally see dumbbells over 35 lbs at a hotel), I loved the bed, I loved my room.

I did not like the breakfast. There needs to be a variety of yogurts, milk in cartons(not in a kettle). There is no hot tub/whirlpool. I also do not like the fact that the curtains in my room don't close all the way. The light ones do not count as people can still see in your room

The hotel was very clean and easily located right off the expressway, near lots of chain restaurants. Not super-charming, but very efficient and a safe choice when traveling with kids. Everyone enjoyed the pool, too. Price was very reasonable - I was not sure what to expect when we rolled up, but I was pleasantly surprised!

The breakfast bar was located in a large, clean room off the main lobby. I assume in "non-Covid" time, there would be more options. We ended up going out to breakfast instead of staying on the property. It wasn't a deal-breaker, just a little disappointing. I chalk it up to the pandemic.

It was in a great location for us. The room was fine. It was clean. The breakfast was good for a roadside hotel breakfast. There was convenient parking. The game room was incredible.

Our bathroom had NO counter space. The bed was way too soft. The hall smelled a bit funky.

As always the mattress was outstanding. Paid about $10 more for the room than a place down the street, but I knew the service here was great, and the bed was going to be perfect. Front desk was friendly and very helpful, as the key card didn't function the first time I tried. they re-keyed and I had no issues after that.

The table lamp next to the bed by the clock wasn't functioning, or light was burned out. Not enough of an issue to contact front desk. Left note for housekeeping to check out.

It was clean.

The pool water was not warm at all. I was very disappointed with it. It should have been much warmer. like other places, I have stayed. missed a whirlpool. Our Tv could have had a few more TV channels. They were all old channels no movies like westerns and lifetime. And a few more towels. And all night coffee could have been hot. Breakfast ok but should have had more choices, not even hard eggs or toast.

Rooms and lobby were nice and clean, staff was kind. Room view was good as well. Easy to find.

Breakfast could have been more options. Cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy…just some different ideas. Not just “gas station” breakfast sandwiches and sweet rolls. Not so healthy to power your day.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than most with a good variety to choose from. Will come stay again!

They do not have a hot tub in the pool area.

I liked the breakfast. The women who maintained the morning breakfast were excellent - Jade and her helper. The front desk associates did everything they could to meet my needs - in fact, they met all my requests. Phenomenal.

Definitely missed them not serving breakfast. It was a nasty danish in a package, coffee, juice, or an orange. Really no good places that were close to get breakfast. We googled where we could get breakfast that wasn't fast food.
