Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center

Very clean and great location! The price was really great. This will be our "go-to" place every time we go visit family! The staff was excellent and nice. The restaurant was not open during our stay. That was the only con if I had to list one. We were there in February, not much going on in Oshkosh, unless you like to ice fish! That was interesting to experience!

We wish the restaurant was open for convenience. However, there were great places to eat close by.

Hotel room with the whirlpool was phenomenal! Super clean and we had such a nice stay!

Breakfast place attached was not very good. The meat was not fully cooked, the waitress asked me multiple times to check the meat before I bit into it to make sure it wasn’t raw and she had to take it back to get completely cooked. The second time around when the waitress served my food the meat was burnt, very tough and tasted awful.

This was a last minute getaway weekend. Pool was crowded with families with many small children, but they were all respectful, and the staff was very pleasant. all areas of the hotel appeared well-maintained and clean.

It might be possible to coordinate with some of the local family friendly restaurants to offer discounts for visitors. There was no evidence of this during her visit.

The hotel is in a great location, the lobby is very nice, the coffee machine in the room was great. The pool looked nice and it was open late. The room was ok.

The king bed felt a bit small, for the price we paid we should have at least been able to have a lake view but we had a street view. The lights in the room are pretty low.

Location was ideal. Close to a park and the Fox River walk. Lots of food and drink options in walking distances of half a mile and less. The hotel restaurant was a decent option too, with outdoor seating along the river and next to the Fox River walk.

I can't think of anything major. Just some very minor stuff, that would sound like nit-picking, just to find something wrong.

Location was great, very clean, didn’t get a chance to check out the whole place as we were in the area for a wedding. Lobby was great and the staff was friendly as we checked in. All areas of the hotel that we were in was very clean.

I liked that the check in was easy and we had the room that I requested.

The beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom was very small with low toilets. I can usually get ready while my husband is in the shower but that was not possible.

The staff was excellent. Easy to get around the area with my scooter.

Didn't care for the breakfast. The parking ramp didn't have any handicap access, so I had to get dropped off at the front.

Was clean and comfortable. Room had a nice view of the river. Easy check in. Loved having a easy chair to relax in.

Figuring out how to get to the front desk from the parking garage was a little difficult. Also would have expected an included breakfast.

The staff at both the hotel an the attached restaurant (Ground Round) were fantastic..everyone was very helpful an absolute delight..love that the pool/hot tub open till 2am for adults only (open till 11pm for children). Every time i went anywhere i always saw someone cleaning/sanitizing. The food at ground round was fantastic an great prices too.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, had hard time sleeping & woke up sore. The 3 girls i had in another room for a birthday party thought the beds were comfortable could've been just that bed.
