Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson - West Bend

mostly loved it. most of the staff was great. the place was nice and convenient to our needs. the price was good.

The hot tub was broken the first night and that was a main reason we picked the place. Also all the staff was really great except a male staff was rude in his tone - like he didn’t want to be working and took it out on me. He thought I was breaking a rule I didn’t know about.

Breakfast wasn’t too great. Scrambled eggs were cold.

Vending machines are very misleading and deceptive. A bag of chips said $1.00 but after I paid with my debit card, it said $1.50. Same with soda. Doesn’t even tell you the price until after I already paid. I should be reimbursed or something but employees couldn’t do anything. I’ll attach pictures below showing discrepancy.

I liked the pleasant smell in the hotel when I first came in and nice lady at the lobby. Cozy front and stairs upstairs. My room was pretty, clean and fresh. Tea and coffee was provided in the room to make. Warm water in the swimming pool. Culver's restaurant on foot just across the hotel so no need to drive just for food. My interest was visiting /hiking Kettle Moraine State Forest and I did accomplished that! This trip and the whole stay exceeded my expectations!

The bathroom with the toilet could be bigger but its not the big deal.

The facility was clean and quiet. The pool was well maintained.

They were playing FOX news every morning in the breakfast area. I found that to be annoying and felt in poor taste when travelers could have different opinions on news.

This is the way a hotel should be run! I have stayed at several 4 star hotels which couldn't begin to match the cleanliness and service we received here. EVERY member of the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful - and had a sense of humor. Even the corners in the bathroom were spotless! We stayed from Thursday through Sunday and the service was the same level of excellence throughout. The owner and staff has my respect and I will gladly stay there again.

I booked the room for my brother and his wife from Texas. This was perfect for them and it was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book here again when I have out of town company.

My brother had a bit of whiplash and would have enjoyed using the hot tub but it was closed the night before he left and the morning of. I was disappointed in that.

Pillows were comfortable. Staff was nice.

Room was a little dirty. Looked like someone spilled soda that wasn't wiped up on the night stand. Floor wasn't vacuumed under the table or edges of the room. My view from the room was literally all roof of the building.

Clean quiet rooms, friendly staff. Location was great for our needs. The room we had, with a king size bed, seemed larger than many other places we have stayed. I do like coffee, anytime, and coffee was always available in the lobby.

Maybe just a few more items at the complimentary breakfast buffet, a choice of juices perhaps.

Great location, a little bit of highway noise. Rooms are set up great and felt larger than most.

Room could of used a small amount of maintenance, but very minimal.
