Comfort Inn & Suites Grafton-Cedarburg

I absolutely love the front desk clerk Patricia!! She is always so friendly and nice everytime I see her!!! I like that it was quiet probably cause of the weekday!! Loved the pool area!!! The hot tub and pool was really nice... the room was awesome except it wasn't cleaned properly is my only mistake!!

The room wasn't cleaned properly!!! The $20 pet fee is absurd but anything for my fur baby!! Also my dog kept finding trash under the bed and the sheets and lamp shade had red stains that looked like blood!! The sink had black residue on it!! Toilet seat needed updated kept scratching my leg everytime I sat down and also toilet seat wasn't cleaned!!!

The location is great, right near our family in Grafton. At night we took a short drive and walked around downtown Cedarburg. The pool was big in a beautiful room with a high ceiling and full of windows. We had our grandchildren swim with us and had the pool to ourselves on a Monday and Tuesday. The beds were super comfortable, my husband said he never slept better at a hotel!

Our room had a damp smell, like maybe the carpets had just been cleaned. That is the only negative we can say, everything else was great

The breakfast was hot eggs and sausage. Very nice presentation and good tasting. The overall look of building from outside was inviting and the room was very nice, beds are so soft and bedding clean and fresh. It was our 7th day of hotel staying and by far the best. Thank you

We could have used the handicap room but either was not available or because we had a dog opted to give us this room.

The room was large enough, the beds were comfy and over all lived up to expectations.

The first woman I delt with for check in wasn't very upbeat, kind or personable. Unfortunately I also don't remember her name but it was at just after 2pm when I came in and asked if it was possible for an early check in and she just flat out said no without even checking anything. She mentioned that the cleaning crew hadn't made it to the third floor yet then when I came back to check in just after 3pm it was a different person at the desk and our rooms weren't even on the 3rd floor. I was a bit confused and put off but just wanted to get to our rooms after traveling and before the show we were attending that night.

The staff were super accommodating when I extended my stay and needed a room with two beds on the second stay. They did not make me check out at 11 a and wait till 3 pm. I was at a painting event and that would of been super stressful for me. So I so appreciated housekeeping and the desk people working together to make it happen. I will always choose your hotel when I am in your area. The pool was awesome too. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is super convenient to restaurants, highway, Meijer's just down the road for some healthy food while away from home.

Parking in the front of the hotel gets full fast, the back parking lot was very dark at night.

Rooms were clean hot tub was hot pool was not ice cold it was fairly warm. The desk clerk was very helpful in finding us a place to eat. Overall very pleased.

I was visiting with my family in the lobby breakfast table who I hadn't seen for quite a while. And the maintenance guy who was cleaning up from the breakfast started vacuuming right around our table we were the only ones down there and there were four of us sitting at the table which is in the lobby trying to have a conversation and he was vacuuming all around us within a couple feet of our table it was very annoying other than that everything was good

Great pool area. Big family suite. Good staff. We will be back next year.

Could have used more options for breakfast and maybe some flavored creamer. But the guy managing the food was super sweet to my kids. Such a nice guy. Also, the floors/ceilings creak a lot when people move around. I think the building is just old.

I was happy with breakfast and the gentleman working the buffet was friendly and efficient. Room was very quiet and loved the location, right down the hall from the pool and lobby.

Easy to book online The staff was very friendly and quick to help us. The location was perfect for what we needed. The room was warm and comfortable.

Weird tiny pillows and the sheets were a bit stained. Otherwise, the room was fine. The breakfast honestly left a lot to be desired. It was okay, but the bagels were really hard.

The location was very convenient. We needed a place close to St Mary Ozaukee Hospital. Our room was clean which was important in this coronavirus world and comfortable.

The refrigerator and microwave was below the cabinet. It was easy to overlook & not easy to use since it was close to the floor (microwave especially).
