The breakfast is really good and the staff at the front desk is always very helpful. The bed was very comfortable-all in all a good experience.

The only thing I had an issue with was the washer dryer experience-it was hard as some people would leave clothes in the washer or dryer for long periods of time-there should be a sign for people to please stick around close as others need the facilities also-otherwise no other issues-thanks for listening.

Check-in was easy and the employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel, room and bathroom were very clean, the beds were comfortable and I love the little square pillows. Breakfast was good, thanks for the premade cheese omelets and hard boiled eggs as I need protein in the morning. There was a variety of breads, cereals, drinks plus a waffle maker if that's what you like for breakfast. Plus the ending time on Sunday was 10am, later than most. And check-out was at noon. We still checked out early so we could get back a the road. Overall, a great stay.

It was confusing to find it in the dark but doable with Google Maps. And I missed have a tub as I like to soak after traveling all day.

we were doing some shopping and visiting. it was a great location for our trip. we had gotten in a little late and the woman at the front desk was very nice - professional- and helpful since we were looking for a a place to eat. the place she sent us to was perfect. food was very good. our room was clean - bed was comfortable- didn’t really hear anyone in rooms next door or across the hall. nice and quiet.

we went early for breakfast. the scramble eggs tasted like the powder eggs that you mix with water. not good. the breakfast sausage looked like it was boiled and heated in a microwave. my best friend said it tasted like rubber. so I didn’t eat it. the fresh apple wasn’t fresh. i had bit into it and it was very mealy inside. I threw it away. the coffee tasted like it was burnt. so we wound up going out to breakfast instead.

The breakfast was good. The staff was cleaning between each customer’s selection and eating of the breakfast products.The use of the pool was refreshing and relaxing.

One of the pools arm rails was loose and wobbled back and forth when putting weight on it. This could present a problem for older patrons that could lead to a fall. The other arm rail was fine and so I used it. Some of the less used items like a cushioned chair and foot stool didn’t seem to have received much cleaning attention. A dust film was present on the leg cross braces and seemed to lack any recent vacuuming.

Great location for a halfway stop on family vacation. Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was fantastic for the price we paid. Bed was super comfortable. Even the kids slept well on the pull out sofa sleeper. Pool was clean and good temperature.

You were sold out for our return stop. Seriously that's the only bad thing we could say about this place.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and area attractions. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was quiet, clean and nicely appointed. The continental breakfast was tasty.

It would have been nice to have the "guide" feature working on the TV so that one could observe what shows were currently showing as well as the shows upcoming for each channel. At the very least, a printed guide should have been available in the room showing all the channels that the TV received along with each channel's content provider CBS, PBS, ION, History, etc. In this room, the on screen TV guide did not work nor was there a printed channel number/content provider list.

Convenient location, good value for money. The option of breakfast on site was great.

Our room was serviced twice during our week long stay, which was fine. However, while the towels were changed over on both occasions, the sheets were not changed.

We were near the stairwell, on the 3rd floor, so didn't hear much of anything going on. Felt bad about if anyone heard our baby wake in the middle of the night...sorry about that. The night desk person was super nice. I liked her. Check-in was easy, same with check-out. The beds were okay.

There was a smell as soon as we entered the room, like cleaning supplies, but off. And the fridge wasn't very cold (which mattered to us because we have a baby and needed to store his uneaten food). The AC also made a loud, high pitched whistle, but not consistently so we could ignore for the most part. We didn't stay for bfast (didn't feel like waffles or cereal or bagels, but my husband grabbed an apple juice and said it was awful).

Beds too soft, pool area dirty, tubs needed cleaning, the owner should spend a little money on upkeep and landscaping. The outside looks overgrown and messy. Don't think I will be going back. I've been staying there for some years but time to go elsewhere.

Friendly and courteous front desk staff willing to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. Large clean room with plenty of towels , coffee and toiletries. Plenty of pillows with large comfortable bed. Microwave and refrigerator a plus. Plenty of ample parking. Large hot breakfast consisting of a cheese omelette, toast, hot/ cold cereal, sausage, orange juice, make your own waffles, yogurt, and muffins. Breakfast area well maintained by hotel staff. Plenty of fresh coffee also available. Covid 19 guidelines followed and a reasonable room rate. Excellent stay and will stay again.
