The amount of space and amenities in the room were very nice. The couch was pretty comfy for a sofa sleeper. The beds were adequate. Everything was clean and not worn down. The staff was very nice.

The "400 combinations" breakfast posters were pretty misleading. I was surprised at the fare because I came to Home2 on a booking aggregator site that had a much lower "starting at" price. The pool and hot tub weren't open, and while we were offered a pass to walk next door to the Hilton's pool, I got the suspicion that the pool at Home2 was closed because it was cheaper to just run the pool at one hotel instead of both.

The property was nice and easy to find off the highway. The front desk agents were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options for almost anytime! We try to stay at Home2 Suites whenever possible during our travels.

The first room we went to had an offensive odor that we could not identify. Very off putting. When I told the person at the front desk, he immediately apologized and relocated us. You can hear people walking above, and the doors shut. But that happens in most hotels.

Breakfast was good.

At 8am I was woken by a worker knocking on my door. When I answered he told me he was checking if the room was vacant. I was told that business people often leave without a formal check out so they have to find the vacancies. Waking a customer up is totally unacceptable.

Best place i ever stayed at. Easily accommodated my family of 6.

Pool was a little smaller than was expected but was great all around.

It was fine. Since CDC recommendations have changed, I think it's time to let people start serving themselves again.

Full speed wifi should be included in a room at the rates you charge. It's greedy and aggravating to have to pay extra for a normal wifi connection everyone is used to.

The room was big enough to accommodate our large family, and it was very clean. We didn't have a chance to use the kitchenette, but that would have been a great feature for a longer stay. The breakfast was good for a wide variety of ages. The staff were all very friendly.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, staff members were courteous and seemed to go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Great location as well

Breakfast was excellent with waffle maker and toaster for bagels. This is my go to place in Beloit when I attend a Sky Carp game.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with preparing the great hot breakfast to order during COVID. Our room had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Very clean. We were thrilled that the rooms had plenty of space for a family of six. 2 queens and a pullout bed made our night very comfortable.
