Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ft. Atkinson, WI

The rooms were clean and kept. Our first room smelled funny, so they moved us immediately and while we waited the manager came up to figure out why. They were on it and getting it taken care of. The breakfast was amazing compared to the normal oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage. There were breakfast burrito fixings, quiche, good sausage and bacon, and very attentive women serving and clearing. We were very pleased overall, and my husband is a Hilton Honors guy, so he’s picky.

Breakfast was a full meal one could select hot prepared breakfast items that were very tasty. THere was actually a printed meal listed for each morning. There was ample space to eat meals with no concerns being on top of others.

Everything was great except locating the hotel initially. GPS took us 20 miles away from desination. We later learned this happened to many guests. So perhaps when reservations are made, might be nice to say call hotel for best directions to location.

The desk person, Kenny, was amazing, kind, friendly and a great help. I LOVED the added later hours on the pool. So very nice to not have a pool always close at 10 p.m. The desk person at the midnight shift did an excellent job in handling the tornado warning for all guests. She remained calm and was constantly checking the weather updates while looking out for all of us.

Not really "didn't like" but rather "the hotel should reevaluate the set up of their ADA rooms." Hallway between bathroom and closet/refrigerator/microwave extremely narrow. Would be difficult to manipulate a wheel chair through there. Also, the cabinet the microwave and refrigerator are in is opens the wrong way - not much room. Also, door into room is very heavy and difficult to open for a person who may have disabilities that have taken away strength. These suggestions were made by my friend, a special education teacher, who said there is no way that her wheelchair bound students could use this room.

Breakfast had great options and fresh food. The outside area with fire was wonderful. Our room was very quiet and I appreciated the complimentary cookies and basket with snacks.

Our tub drain was very slow, and the mattresses were very firm.

The room was comfortable. The temperature easy to manage. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The location to Fireside theater was perfect (less than 10 minutes). The staff was pleasant and welcoming.

There was not anything that I would improve at this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, large assortment, full breakfast, very good coffee! Very clean hotel over all, our room was very nice and clean. The hotel itself was attractive, modern and very clean

The hotel is sooo clean! The staff was attentive and helpful.

I would have liked some fruit for breakfast and the beds are a bit uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. Helped us out after a lengthy red eye flight with a slightly early check in. Grateful for the help on that first day stay. Thank you ! And, the Continental breakfasts were delicious

The property was spacious and clean. The food was good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was nice and the location of the hotel was great.

The parking lot could have a bit more lighting but otherwise it was perfect.

Breakfast was very good. Excellent selection of food. Snack area near check in was a nice convenience. Coffee and free cookies was also a plus. All areas were clean and well maintained.
