Great coffee-OK breakfast

The reservation system via Marriott - tried to use reward points -Marriott cancelled my reservation 1 day before my travel date staying I didn't redeem my points .I was never informed about redeeming points also I would have appreciated a email; before cancelling not after .Bad system where they assume the customer knows their manual procedure .Points should be redeemed automatically .I lost the ability to redeem and getting 3 nights via my points .

I was happy that my room was available after my reunion at Concordia Milwaukee (50th 1972). I had everything I needed including a refrigerator to keep my water bottle cold.

Only when I stopped in early and was told I wasn't in the reservation list. I was thankful I had my cellphone available with my confirmation number. I was told my room would be given away if I didn't check in by 3:00. I came in after my day and evening activities and was glad my room was still availble.

The breakfast was nice. The location was convenient to the East Side plus north suburbs. The afternoon young woman at the front desk was very helpful.

The tablets and printer were not working so we could not print boardings passes for our flight home. Rather inconvenient.

I love staying at this hotel as this was my second time staying here. My daughter is a student at UWM so we were in town to visit. Really nice and clean hotel. Staff was nice. Room met expectations. Will stay again

Only con I had was that the shower pressure was weak. Bathroom was nice despite the low shower pressure.

The location was easy to find. I liked the nice big shower. Bathroom was modern and clean.

Directions about the tv. Had to pay for hulu or other extras yourself. No one explained that i would be charged more until the room was inspected after checking out. Being close ti hwy ...trucks going by were noisy.

The heat in our room didn’t work, blowing cold air, no tv remote then also realized that the tv wasn’t hooked up. After waiting 45 min for someone to look into the heat issue we ended up asking for a new room so we could go to bed without freezing. unfortunately, they only had rooms with king beds left so my daughter and I had to share.

Breakfast was nice and the location was convenient.

There was no routine housekeeping service (you had to specifically ask for it) due to the pandemic. But that's not the fault of staff; they're just trying to keep their guests safe.

the lack of lighting in our room

The location was just off of a main highway which made it easy to get around. The breakfast time was great and was good. The room was very comfortable.

Because it is new it it is learning to work together and accomodate the guests so there was nothing that I diodn't like

The two new employees were super nice and made checking in a breeze! I felt very welcomed!

Nothing, this was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at ever.
