Parklane Central Hanoi Hotel

Staff were outstanding. Anna & Emma took great care of me and my travels, arranging my visa, a trip to Halong Bay & a street food tour. Anna is always available on What's App & is very efficient. All the arrangements were perfect. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Serviced daily. Excellent location in the heart of the Old Quarter but amazingly quiet.

The WiFi was a bit slow but if you have a local SIM the signal is good.

We had an amazing stay! The beds were really comfy and the rooms were nice and clean. But more than anything: the kindness and helpfulness of the staff was out of this world. When asked where to get a local Bia Hoi, he walked all the way with us to a spot you can get it. Also great recommendations on the foodtour and other activities in Hanoi.

Very good location, staff were all very friendly. Wifi was good, and beds were decent.

Room was clean but the overall property felt a bit old. The fixtures and furnishings have seen better days. There was a shutter that closed at night and in order to enter the hotel, we needed to bang on the metal shutter until someone inside the hotel woke up and opened the shutter for us. We weren’t notified about this upon check in and the first night returning to a closed off hotel was a bit of a shock.

The staff was the highlight of staying at Parklane Central. They were very attentive and always had a great attitude with lots of smiles, they were very welcoming and made my stay even more comfortable. The room was just what I needed, spacious, cozy, comfortable bed, and a huge bathroom with hot water. The location is right near the center of the Old Quarter, near pretty much everything you need. It was a really pleasant stay and I highly recommend it if you are looking to stay in the area.

I like the area, it was well connected and quiet.Also the rooms were clean, ac, a lot of amenities at the bathroom, the hotel is well maintained with a lift and the staff is amazing they help us with the reservation for the cruise at HalongBay , coordinate the transfers, give us the best advices for other cities in Vietnam, Anna was great and through Whatsapp she was always willing to answer any doubt before my arrival

Excellent location, few steps to the lake, walking street, night market. Easy to find famous local food restaurants around: bun cha, pho, banh mi. Room is simple, clean, well-equipped, very comfortable. Breakfast was suprisingly good for the amount we paid. Staff so helpful, gave us a map and show us around, arranged us an overnight boat trip to Halong bay better price than on the street and got upgraded. Really nothing to fault, very good value for money.

The staff were so helpful and kind. We loved the location because it was walking distance to everything. Our AC was really good and cooled our room well.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I felt the springs in my back at night. It was much harder than we were used to. The sheets and everything else were fine. I just wish the bed was softer and didn’t have obvious springs.

Lcation: 5 min walk to Hoan Kiem lake and the center of all activities, pretty much oh Old-Town are within 20 min walk. Even with the proximity to the lake, the neighborhood is very quiet.

The room are quite small but i think rooms in most boutique hotels in Old-Town are the same hence the low price.
