Mercury Central Hotel Hanoi

The staffs Ms Mai and Ms Dinh promptly respond to every question. Ms Dinh who is on duty during our stay is helpful to provide any requested information. The family room is very big.

The bath tap is old and not smooth to control the desired water temperature. It's nice to put shower gel and shampoo in earthened jars, but it is not practical as the contents could be contaminated. As we do not fancy wearing recycled slippers and rather go bare feet, it will be great if the floor is mopped more thoroughly so that our feet will not be black.

The staff were lovely. Extremely helpful and accommodating. They picked me up from another hotel where I felt unsafe and were with me within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and extremely big which was more than enough room for 2ppl. Location was perfect - within walking distance to everything

No balcony - but this was a choice. It would have only made our stay even more perfect. I would choose one with a balcony.

Very nice hotel in old town. The room was big and clean and smelled very nice. Beds were big and soft to our liking. We had a family suite with balcony, and could walk to every site in Ha Noi. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us book tour to Ha Long Bay and after that the bus round trip to Sapa. We are so pleased with everything, that we are staying an extra night when we are returning to Ha Noi for our flight to Da Nang.

The street is a bit busy, but that’s just Ha Noi.

location was perfect in old quarter and easy to walk everywhere. Beautiful near the lake. super nice staff always friendly and helpful. Tracy was perfect helping and organizing tours and transfers from airport, arranging breakfast orders, making sure we were good. Room was clean and nice balcony to sit outside on, good beds, ac, hot water, mini fridge and anything you need. Nice hotel all around.

Very good hotel staff....behave very well ...help ...explain well...some speak English...they are all very kind i paid the stay cash at the hotel. Even i had booked for 7 days i left after 6 days without requesting me to pay the 7th. They are very kind. Location is in city center.

Lovely boutique hotel, we stayed on the 6th floor the room was very spacious consisting of 3 parts. The staff were fantastic especially Ms Dinh who did a wonderful job organising our tours and drivers nothing was a bother.

Dinh and her team are fantastic, really lovely and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. She also recommended and organised a 3 day boat trip/cruise to Ha Long bag which was a truly exceptional experience. We shall definitely be back!

everything was perfect the hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious and comfortable !! you can visit the city by walking and go around the lake who is beautiful and really not far from the hotel it was a pleasure to talk with James, he organised perfectly everything for us i recommend this place and looking forward to be back next time thanks !

Convenient location, exceptionally friendly staff, and clean room

The drawbacks are that there is a slight disparity between the photos and reality, the facilities are a bit outdated but still functional, and there is a minor issue with the bathroom drain being slightly clogged.

My room got upgraded when I come which is a bonus during covid times. Very big room with full appliances. Staffs are super friendly. One of the safest neighborhood in the center of Hanoi. Can't really complain much.

The room facilities need some upgrades as the fridge and cupboards are quite old.
