Hoi An Vi Khoa Villa

Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms a good size, with the shower closed off so the bathroom remained dry. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and everything worked well. There was a kettle and a small fridge, both very handy to have in the rooms. Bed was large and comfortable and the rooms were quiet (despite the windows opening onto an air well) once the the window was closed. Location was just a short walk from the old town area, away from the crowds and noise -- which suited us perfectly. My friend and I even had facial treatments at the shop right next door for a very reasonable price!

The hotel upgraded our room with balcony and discounted the price for us as there is no breakfast served during our stayed. The hotel room is big and comfy. Besides, the lady boss is very friendly and well arrangement for our trip to Cam Thanh Water Cocount Village with her new released Santa Fe car with reasonable price. Overall, we are great with the hotel service and the hotel facilities.

The location. It is 3 to 5 mins walk to ancient town and about 6 mins walk to new town. Lots of eateries, massage parlours, etc. around the area. The place was vibrant. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong. Ac is cooling. The host recommended us a proper and good massage centre which is about 1 min walk away. I was given a discounted price. A 90 minutes full body massage cost 300k dong when you mention you are staying at Vi Khoa Villa. Massage was good.

The host will charge you extra 3% for using credit or debit card for payment. Pay them cash to avoid extra charges.

Excellent location, 1 min walk to old town & still so quiet & peaceful. Rooms very airy, spacious and has great balcony. One of our best stay in Vietnam & hosts are lovely. They will help you with literally everything from picking up your luggage from the room to helping you get best priced cars/tours or for renting motorbike. They were always friendly, around and it felt like home :) Lots of love to this place & highly recommend this place for its hospitality & quality of rooms. Also there airport pickup/drop options are really good and we found it very convenient.

Location is very close to the old town. Shops and attractions are within walking distance. Van, the owner and Tuan, the son-in-law, were very kind and helpful. My partner forgot his phone when we left. Tuan called the car driver to inform us about it. They are honest people. What they did was commendable!

The space could be better. The space is cramp, not enough room to move and the ceiling's low. We were placed at the last floor, so it was taxing to go up every time. They were very helpful though in taking our luggage up and down. The great location and attitude of the family made up for whatever was lacking in facilities and comfort.

Great hotel in perfect location. Only a short stroll from the river and main attractions but also quite t night. Hoi An is an amazing place! We booked a 2 bedroom apartment (for a very affordable price) with a huge terrace on the top floor and it was very spacious for the 3 of us. Very good WiFi, comfortable beds and lovely hosts.

The only 2 things I'd say are a little minuses: - there's no elevator so it might be a problem if you have to carry a large suitcase but thankfully I had my partner and my brother to do that for me. The host also offered me his help :) - Like in many places in Vietnam, the toilet is situated right next to the shower so you or the next person in the bathroom have to walk on the wet floor. It'd be nice to have a floor wiper These are only minor things and overall we were very happy with our stay

Great place to stay while in HoiAn, very close to most of the major attractions, away from evening traffic noise, good size rooms, strong water pressure, great wi-fi, stayed in balcony room with street view, tall ceiling, safe box, newly renovated, adequate breakfast, taxi and spa across street, we stayed 5 nights, and the best part is the family run proprietors husband and wife duo Dung and Van, who organized our basket boat ride and cooking class also sent out laundry for us all at affordable prices. Everyone at the hotel was professional and responsive to our needs.

Hotel located in a very convenient location - just a few minutes walk away from the night market and Old City area. Plenty of food and drink options close by. Free bicycles for use so very easy to get around the city. Owners very knowledgeable on popular tourist sites and can even help book things at discount. Overall owners were very accommodating. Room is cleaned daily and free drinking water provided. Wifi has good stable connection most of the time. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the street below. Hoi An is like a suburb so not as noisy as the bigger cities which we liked. Only qualm is there is no elevator which may or may not be a big deal for some people.

We had a very pleasant stay in Vi Khoa Villa! Especially the location of the property is excellent! Just on the edge of the old city, so a perfect combination of having everything at walking distance and also being able to sleep on a quiet street! Owners where cheerful and attentive all times. They helped us with renting a motorbike right on the door of the hotel. Also internet connection is reliable enough for demanding working purposes.

We booked the room "Family Room with Balcony" which was advertised both in description and in photos as having a desk, which unfortunately was not the case with our room. It was a minor issue, since there was a table on the balcony which we moved inside the room (it was really spacious) and we managed to do some working.

The owners who arranged for our pick up from the hotel and met and greeted us were extremely friendly and caring. They made our stay very welcoming and we would love to come back in our future travels. Hotel room was clean, and good sized. Location was great as we were a few minutes away from old town and seconds from the river.

The only negative we had during our stay was down to our room not having a outside window. As a pair who like our sleep having no daylight became a negative with long lay ins 😂 this was only one or two rooms specific and the luck of the draw. This was the only thing during our stay that was a slight issue.
