Liked the location, very comfortable beds

Having to pay cash on arrival for the room. Would've preferred for card payment.

location was just nice, on a quieter street but still not too off that it is too secluded. hotel room was very beautiful and big, for the 4 pax even had bath tub and a shower spot. it had a sofa which was nice as well. the whole hotel looked beautiful from the outside and inside too.

the room floor was a little dirty, even tho slippers were provided. hotel lobby did not have any fan (only had a small standing fan at the entrance area) so waiting at the lobby can be very warm.

Nice modern rooms. The hotel arranged airport pick up which was easy and stress free. Staff were nice. It was really easy walking distance to the walking street and old town. I would recommend to others.

The windows were floor to ceiling which is good to see out but they were really mucky so runined the affect. Only a small thing though and otherwise no issues!

The location is great, very near to the main attractions.

The hotel does not accept any cards, and you need to pay cash even if you make your booking through the app. This made it inconvenient for travellers like me who only bring sufficient cash for the daily expenses.

Great location, comfy beds

Not much information was given from staff other than that they also had a shop for tailoring. Even though they have a pool, it's somewhat misleading as the seating around is in the hotel by the reception area.

Hotel is in perfect location to the old town, clean rooms and good size. Facilities were good and they provided water daily. Staff is helpful and friendly and assisted with booking airport ride for decent price.

Bike rental is not for free, in fact more expensive than everywhere else.

The property was a good location with good amenities.

We booked a car transfer from the airport through the hotel, they never showed up to pick us up. We called multiple times and waited at the airport for 30 minutes. We eventually booked a grab which was 3x the price. Slightly disappointing

the laundry service is 60,000 Per kilo, next door the lovely family will do it for 20,000 per kilo. so it’s very expensive at the hotel and I don’t think it’s very fair.

I didn’t get the young man’s name who worked there, but he went above and beyond. he helped me when I lost my card and personally drove me to the bank to help me get it back. he was very helpful all throughout the stay, as were the other staff

Close to the popular World heritage village. Beautiful hotel, clean, nice balcony. Best place to walking around and take photos. Cheap food and drinks.

I don't have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool.
