The bed was comfortable, I had facilities to cook for myself. The room was a good size. It was clean. The location was perfect for me. I had no trouble with noisy neighbours which I much appreciated. The was a pantry that you could get meals and snacks from if you didn't want to go anywhere to eat or buy food. I have stayed there twice and will always stay there when visiting Canberra.

The room was clean but if you look higher than head height there was dust to be seen. It is a no smoking property but I could smell smoke in some of the halls.

Being able to check-in to such a great hotel with our dog was so comforting. We've stayed in some pretty horrible pet friendly accommodation - so this was a treat. What was fantastic was the fact we could use Google Chrome in the room. Was quite an easy process to set-up. Meant we could watch anything we liked from our phones, without having to login to an app on the TV (& then forget to logout!). Room was very clean. Bed was a bit soft for my liking - but mattress comfort is very subjective & personal!

Better sound proofing for the rooms - dogs barked throughout the night as they can hear noises from the hallway.

This motel was fantastic for what I wanted. Had my dog with me and we both enjoyed it. Next time I would get a room that opens up to the grass area cause it was quite difficult taking my dog in and out. I could connect my phone to the TV and the washer and dryer in the room was fantastic. I stayed at a “fancy” motel the next night but much preferred my stay at the abode. Would definitely stay again with my dog!

There was a small piece of glass on the floor when I arrived underneath the bottom bit of the bench in the nook. This was a concern as my dog eats everything but I could see how this was missed as it was out of sight. Not the biggest deal but I’d recommend checking the floor before letting your dogs go sniffing around the room.

Plenty of parking, fantastic water pressure & hot water in the shower, kitchenette with some utensils, washer & dryer in bathroom, and very clean and new looking overall. Late check in process was simple and quick. Check out was even faster!

FYI the rooms in the 70’s & 80’s were a fair walk from reception, unless I just missed the short cut! My room’s balcony door handle latch was sticky so I couldn’t properly close and therefore lock it. I arrived quite late and left quite early but I’m sure they would have assisted had I reported it on arrival.

Everything was available We could cook and prepare meals, being able to wash and dry our clothes was great. It was good to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Close to everything attractions shops cafes and restaurants.

The room was tidy and well arranged.

The only issue was the poor television quality. Only a few channels were available and picture quality was so poor it wasn't worth watching. Luckilly, I don't plan only watching television. I think in these times of information and entertainment, this let the entire product down and if the hotel did no0t suit my needs I would be looking elsewhere. A second point, your website encourages me to book directly rather than go through Booking.Com. I was unable to do this because the hotel would not match booking.com prices. So bot much point saying you want people to book directly.

Quiet and comfortable right at the far end of the property overlooking the golf course (glad I wasn't in the room next to the screaming kids closer to reception!!!). The space was clean. No clutter. Bed was comfy - always a bonus! I requested late checkout and that wasn't a problem. Door to the outside, but no outdoor furniture.

There were no coathangers in the cupboard (reported to reception) and whilst there was a chair to sit and watch telly, it had some sort of bar that ran across underneath my thighs and so was quite uncomfortable after a while. Apart from that, all was good

We had a week here before moving and it was a great place to stay in a good location. Was great to have a pet friendly room. The cooking facilities were adequate and although the shower did have some mold the cleaners were great attending to this for us and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have been great to have a couch in the room, especially when there for more than a few days, but it was adequate otherwise.

Tidy room, easy check-in process, staff were able to accommodate early check-in. Also received a Pantry voucher. Free parking and plenty available.

Two person occupancy but there was literally only two of everything. Would have been nice to have some extra cutlery and dishes so these items didn't have to be washed after every use. Also only two towels provided, no hand towel and only one spare pillow (three total in room). Would not recommend an upstairs room with a dog as inconvenient walking up and down stairs/lift to get outside and no grass at the front of the building.

Very quiet place, always our priority. The hotel is close enough to shops and restaurants, and not too far from the main attractions (galleries, museums, lake Burley Griffin). Our room was clean, spacious and well furnished. The view over the golf course is a plus!

Compared to our previous stay a few years ago, the room aged a bit. The mattress is a tad saggy in the middle. The shower head needs fixing, the flush button on the toilet is broken. There was no coffee machine (coffee bags aren't as good), no frying pan.
