Great location, good facilities, spacious apartment with everything we need. Lovely balconies with great views. Comfortable and staff we had contact with we pleasant. Easily accessible and secure car parking.

The cleanliness of the appartment we felt could be better. Just felt like it needed some TLC and a good deep clean. Windows and balcony doors were very grubby. Carpets very dirty in places, probably needs replacing. It was probably the carpets that left quite a musty smell inside the apartment. Just felt that there could have been a higher standard of housekeeping and maintenance. Though I would just add that none of this affected our stay there.

Room for as good and great location

Team member was not really welcoming We had a 5 hour drive and we’re tired We paid for 4 breakfast but he said it was only 2 they provided… it become an argument that I was not ready to have so I just told him we will deal with this in the morning.. he said yep talk to them then. He then asked for full payment… I told him that this was already paid for but again I paid as I did not want to argue….. we got charged 2 times and numerous calls later we hope this gets resolved. This has left a bad experience for 3 of us and having to explain our Head Office was more that I could handle for us hard working week 😢

Room had water views and not on sunny side of hotel which is a big plus. Bigger balconies on water view side too. great location to walk to any restuarant and short drive to war memorial etc. Bedrooms were goos sizes along with living area.Apartment was clean and neat and had a relaxing atmosphere. Weekend we stayed we were fortunate to open our curtains to see 24 hot air balloons over the lake...such a buzz

Property is very dated and worn, possibly updated in the early 90's, really needs a revamp. Opening sliding doors on the balcony welcomed the traffic noise below - but the location and view negotiated some of this. Air conditioning noisy and clunky but works.

The unit was spacious and clean.

The units vary widely - a colleague booked the "same" room, and ended up in a larger unit in spite of the fact I was travelling with my family and he was alone. The heating/AC only has one vent located in the living room. This leaves the bedrooms without any heat when their doors are shut, making them rather uncomfortable into the night.

Apartment size and amenities, great price for what you get in apartment, very comfortable and great location, close to city centre. Quiet as well. Also super comfy beds!!! Probably the most comfortable bed we have slept on during a trip away from home.

Some things regarding cleanliness could have been better - there was largish puddle stain on the carpet in lounge area and some of the curtains did not close properly however non of this impeded the stay or trip for us. I would still highly recommend value for money and comfortability.

Nice apartment, we were generally happy with it. Reception was very friendly and nice, each time we had an issue (the stove wouldnt turn on), they come up to our room. Good air con as well, nice and warm in winter. Kitchen had the tools we needed to make breakfast, dishes were clean and dishwasher worked well. Washing machine took ages to clean but the dryer was great

The cleanliness could be improved, we lifted the sofa cushions to open the sofa bed and found they were very dirty. There was a need to dust the toilet wall, the tiles had loads of dust on them and the balcony had a lot of dust/soot that could be cleaner. Otherwise the rest of the apartment was nice and clean. The location is very central but it meant that there was lots of highway noise (we had level 4) which made it tricky when trying to sleep at night.

The appartment is massive. We had friends over for dinner with their kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The ensuite has both bath and shower and the swimming pool is heated, a plus for Canberra. Beds very comfy too.

The double bed was made of two single mattresses and the car spots are fine for a small car e.g. Mazda3 but I wouldn't be too confident parking a large car or SUV in the basement, although there are additional spaces not covered across from reception.

The concierge was thoughtful and able to facilitate for our needs. The initial apartment had a problem with the air-conditioning, so we were offered another one with a view of the Lake. That was a much better apartment with better fixtures and layout and more spacious accommodation. The views were lovely. Reception was very accommodating with extra towels and supplies.

It was pretty lovely. I couldn't fault it, really. For what it was, it was excellent. Would definitely stay again, but make sure I was in a similar apartment. I don't think we would have been near as happy with the initial apartment, so ask to have an apartment with Lake views.

The lower level and the side access were great for my mum, who has mobility issues. the heater worked well as it was exceptionally cold weather. Having the balcony was great for those wanting fresh air in our group. We had a phone call prior to our stay to discuss bedding requirements, which was very helpful as we all individuals and needed single beds. overall a great stay!

Contrary to rules someone had been smoking in the main bedroom and despite opening the window, smell remained in carpet and furnishings. the curtains were insufficient to block out the morning sun. we had arrived at night and I had arranged parking and a late check out. it was very annoying to be woken by staff ringing at 9 to say can I pay for parking at late check out and then as I was leaving the apartment at 10.55 to be called again to check I knew I had 11 am check out.
