We loved the super friendly staff and size of the room

The fact that our room was not serviced for our 3 day stay due to being over a public holiday weekend. This meant towels were not replaced, nor were shampoo and conditioner etc and we were relying on those products as we had them in all our other hotels on this trip, therefore did not bring any with us. Hotels of this quality usually always provide these things. There should have been a back up plan like giving us extra on arrival. Also the lifts was not working and did not throughout our stay.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice room. Welcome chocolate was a nice touch! I liked the security at night with car park gate shut etc.

Queen bed was two singles pushed together. I’m not usually fussy when places do this but this bed was uncomfortable. I couldn’t lay in the middle of the bed because it was higher at that point. Lots of light coming through the blinds and under the doors. My friends and family in other rooms said they had black out blinds but mine didn’t unfortunately. I didn’t sleep well. But in saying this, I would stay again. My family in other rooms were very happy.

Room was fine, had everything we expected. It's a fairly new building, easy to find. Our room overlooked a vacant block. Quite near the shoreline walk which was lovely and went for several kilometers.

The air conditioner, though new, was noisy and ineffective just creating a cold draft rather than heat. We tried to get the settings correct but failed, it should have heated our room in 15 mins but that didn't happen. It's "silent" mode was a joke, we couldn't use it thru the night as it was too noisy. We have a daikon AC and are familiar with the controls but to no avail.

Quest Geelong is just off the Esplanade. A fabulous location close to the bay, the CBD Westfield and to Pakington Street with its cafes and boutique shops. . If arriving during business hours Quest has reception staff even on a weekend Quest has secure undercover parking. Quest facilities are clean, comfortable and offer a range of accommodation from studio, 1 to 3 Bedroom units. Often the 2 and 3 BR have 2 bathrooms I have stayed at Quest Geelong many times, this the first time as a solo traveller and both staff, and facilities never disappoint

The parking is a bit tight if you are driving a SUV.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was super large. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. The bed was comfy and the extra wall heater in the bedroom was fantastic.

The cable TV would sometimes drop out and reconnecting was time consuming. Our apartment looked over the freeway, yet we had requested a quiet room. Even though it was not a great outlook, we could not hear the traffic.

Great secure parking, very friendly staff, great apartment.Love the keyless entry. Very spacious,comfiest bed we've slept in on any staycay, love the block out blinds. Everything you need provided. Love the fact they get serviced everyday. Locations perfect, short stroll down to Steampacket Gardens & town centre, very quiet at night for a great nights sleep. Will definitely recommend Quest Apartments Geelong.

Nothing to be negative about.

Spacious and comfortable. It has everything one expects in a serviced apartment (cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer etc). Staff were friendly.

The aircon in the living room and one of the bedrooms was quite old and wasn’t working well. A second bedroom did not have an aircon, but was bearable at night if the window is left open (with the risk of traffic noise). Car parking can be challenging as the area is quite small.

Lovely staff at the front desk and feeling of good security. Close to the beach. The room was appealing with lovely decor and very spacious. Well-appointed. Free parking.

The location was a bit far out for us, as we like to be able to leave the car at the hotel and spend our day walking. It was quite a walk every day - to and from attractions, shops, and cafes, and then out again to bars and restaurants. It was, however, nice to be close to the beach.

Staff were so helpful! I arrived well before check in time. The staff held my bags and allowed me to get my room key even though the room wasn't ready. They put my bags in my room so that when I returned late in the evening they were there waiting for me. I was in town for a conference which I could walk to easily from the property, along the beautiful foreshore.

Would have been good to have some milk in the fridge.

highly recommend this apartment, very clean, nice staff, secure parking, adequate supply for kitchen food preparation, close to shopping with lots of good restaurants, walking distance to the beach and botanic garden, very nice stay, will come back if needed.

nothing negative, meet your expectations, recommend to everyone, good value for money, will come back if needed.
