The Sebel Melbourne Ringwood

Our room was shared between four of us, which meant we shared a bed between two. The beds were larger than your typical king size beds and very comfortable. Balcony was great and could not fault room. Between four guests in one room we didn’t feel like we were in each others space or cramped. I stayed here the eve of my wedding and got ready with hair and make up artists who had no issue with finding free parking near by. The stay is so close to Eastland shopping centre which provided for convenient access to food variety and last minute pickup of items.

Could not fault anything. Staff are friendly and the communication and minor changes I requested for our stay was very well accommodated for, and the staff executed my requests with ease. Thank you!

Absolutely huge apartment and very new and beautifully furnished. It felt solid and well-designed. The kitchen was great and having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. The location was really convenient, near Eastland and Ringwood Station. The staff were lovely, from the front desk, bar/restaurant to the room service personnel. All really professional but fun and kind at the same time. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

I travel to Ringwood for family commitments every month and stay @ The Sebel in Ringwood with my son and the location is not only convenient it's also central to all the great attractions and shopping facilities. The Sebels free wifi and smart tv facilities means if we want we can spend a night in and relax whilst watching movies on Netflix. Staff are always friendly and accommodating and are always providing customer service throughout the stay. On several occasions I have requested a late check-out and have been waived the $50 fee for the extra hour of late check-out. Facilities are so fresh and tidy and they have multiple room options for extra room.

No bath or spa options in the room. Food from their in house restaurant for room service is quite pricey however it is good quality food.

Only 2 years old and is in immaculate state. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom was large and spotless. Secure parking is available on site for a price , but we parked for free in the car park area next to the railtracks. Hotel near a large indoor shopping mall and there is also some shops close by. As we were only there for a couple of days we didn't use the restaurant or bar facilities , but they looked classy too.

Absolutely nothing.

We didn't have breakfast there, but we were very impressed with most things about this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, very quiet, and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed in particular was beautifully comfortable - I'd love to have that mattress at home!

The sofa - there is apparently a company somewhere making sofas specifically for hotels - and making them so uncomfortable you don't want to stay too long! Hard seating, and such a low back that there's nowhere to rest your head.

The staff were very friendly. It was a suburban hotel, barely noticeable as a hotel, but it had the service and amenities of a modern, upmarket hotel. Except a pool (but that was advertised, so it was on me for having that expectation).

I missed having access to a swimming pool. But there was no promise of one, and the service level was great.

Overall the experience was excellent. They catered for our request to keep our 2 rooms next to each other. Very modern and comfortable rooms. I would recommend for the stay.

Only thing which was weird is that as we booked for 2 nights, so next day we asked the reception to make/clean our rooms to which they responded that they only do it every second day so that means if you have booked for 3 or more days then only you can get the rooms made up which I found to be a really weird rule.

It’s a smaller hotel so breakfast buffet was not expansive but was good. A cooked egg combination was offered freshly prepared by the chef. The two bedroom apartment was impressively fitted out for a self contained stay if needed

Sofa bed as the only lounge to sit on. Not very comfortable, could do with a couple of comfortable supportive single chairs

The hotel is spotless and the design is beautiful. The room itself was large and comfortable. The interior design is stunning. We had a great night sleep and the staff were wonderful. We've stayed in many hotels over the years and this was a standout. We rate it a lot higher than some of the more expensive brand names hotels. Those places can't even compare with this one!!!! We highly recommend. Great place for Yarra Valley Winery access too! We will be back and very soon!

Everything was perfect!

Loved the spacious room that really accommodated for the family. Front reception was also very helpful in organising us a few things for our stay.

The breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular about it. Understandable in having a skeleton crew in as it was a public holiday so it did take longer than usual to get food out. Still we would recommend staying here again.
