Four Points by Sheraton Perth

Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and good value. They allowed us to store our bags for the days before check in and after check out which was very handy for us.

We only had one towel for the two of us and the bar wasn't doing cocktails. We did advise the front desk but were not provided another towel.

Received great service for check in, very welcoming and efficient. Hotel close to RAC arena for tennis. Also close to cafes if you'd like a change for breakfast/brunch. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Was adequate for what we needed.

Our room was at the back of the hotel, quite a walk down corridors from lifts. Reasonably quiet until neighbours awoke early next morning and talked loudly for at least an hour. Walls seem thin. Room had no extra pillows. Swinging glass door to shower/toilet area was restricting, either in the way of towel rack, or the basin. Toilet very close to shower glass wall, careful not to hit your head when sitting on toilet. Basin bowl had a chipped ceramic plug that wouldn't allow water to drain.

The friendly staff, the location and the cleanliness are the main reason we always choose the four points. It was a special touch to be offered a drink while in line to check in......thank you it was much appreciated.

The beds are very comfortable but not the pillows......can never get comfortable. Whenever we boiled the kettle for a hot drink it blew all the PowerPoints. The TV went off and we tried the kettle and also the phone charger in the other power points but none worked. After phoning the reception the problem was resolved promptly. However, the same thing happened the following morning

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom and showers are very clean. Towels are clean. Breakfast was fantastic and good selection of spread. Staff at the breakfast area were polite and efficient. Great location. Closer to the main attractions. Reception staff were friendly and polite. Food and the drinks in the cafe was nice and reasonably priced.

Hair dryer was missing which should be a standard item in any hotel room especially when customer pays big bucks for the stay. Mine was a long stay as well. Doona was not clean. There was a dirty patch on it covered in a clean cover. I have left a note for the cleaners and they Changed the doona. The sheer curtain looks dirty. One of the Cafe staff did not have welcoming attitude. When you walk in during lunch time, rather than acknowledging they just ignore you. I have been to the cafe about 5 times during my stay and noticed this each and every time.

Room size was just great for a family of 4. 2 large luggages could be kept opened on the floor without obstructing. Staff were friendly and cheery. The included breakfast was really nice, and added alot of value to our stay here for 3 nights. Location was pretty good as well. Very reasonable price I should say. Guests who drive will be thrilled with the CPP carpark right beside the hotel (free overnight parking).

There was no door for the shower area, so the toilet floor right outside will always get very wet (strange design).

The location was great and very central to the places i needed to be. Room was nice and clean. Bed like a cloud - most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Liked the easy access to 24hr room service, etc, via QR code on the desk too. Bathroom was huge, shower pressure was excellent compared to other hotels I've stayed in. My room was backed on to elevator, so was a little loud. Also not great sound proofing with quite a few noisy kids/babies in the early hours.

Great location for our needs. Parking was just around the corner at a secure location, which made it less stressful. It was perfect for an overnight stay in the city. Breakfast was great, but I would recommend paying the extra for the coffee to be made for you! We were up high with a perfect view of the RAC Arena. It made for a fun time people watching.

The beds could have been a little more spacious, and it would have been nice to have a few extra pillows. When I booked the room, I was looking for a family of 4. The room would have suited two individuals more comfortably.

good vibes at this place. the rooms are quite modern and the bed was EXTREMELY comfy. Water station in the lobby. Little convenient store directly outside. The TV only has the few FoxSport etc channels which is never amazing but the TV is close to the bed so in a good spot. The bathroom is decently sized.

Nothing regarding the room. It’s nothing special but it has a homely and new feeling. It’s a little expensive, hard to find/no free parking close by so I used the carpark close by (it was 10$ overnight on the weekend). The location isn’t great, not much happening around that part of town and it was slightly noisy, I could hear traffic and the odd persons

The location was fantastic. We came to Perth to see a concert at the RAC arena. It was such a breeze to stroll across to the arena for the concert and then walk back over the road to bed. There was no stress, it was easy and convenient, very comfortable and clean. We very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast too.

We were given an accessible room with a wheelchair friendly shower which we did not need. I would have preferred a normal bathroom.

Spacious, clean room, helpful staff. easy walk to Northbridge , which had large variety of eating and drinking places. Excellent bar with with an outdoor terrace. There was street parking nearby but it was only 1P until 6pm. The hotel has an arrangement with a commercial car park for $25 per night, which is next door (although it doesn't allow you multiple entries per day).

I had to ask for the bill to be sent to me and then saw that we were incorrectly charged for breakfast, however they were quick to correct the error when asked.
