Great location, walking distance to the center of the city and Kings Park. Comfortable room and bed, original artworks.

Very nice modern hotel. Beautiful (small) pool area, that is expected for a hotel in the CBD. Great location as we were going to a concert at RAC Arena, only a few minutes walk. Good value for money - we opted for a mid range room for more space to get ready. Didn't have a lot of interactions with staff other than check in and out- but thank you & I hope to be back!

Only thing that would be great is better lighting in the room as the room was quite dull for applying makeup & the bathroom lights create a shadow as they are not very close to the mirror. (Not a huge issue as this is the case with most hotels I've stayed at.)

I liked the concept of the hotel and all the interior decorations. Really nice the pool area, you are in the city center and can have a bath and relax. Easy to take the "cat bus" which brings you around the city for free. is worth to take the train to Fremantle, beautiful town. We joined a 3 hours city tour and it has been amazing! Thank you Alex (Oh Hey Wa)! Our room was on floor 19th, we had a nice city view. If you stay some days, book the ferry to the Rottnest Island and have a bike ride, amazing.

Pool & bar area lovely & the artwork superb . General ambience excellent . Staff friendly and helpful although some staff seemed new and appeared a little unsure about certain facilities , changing room for swimmers etc also food availability unknown etc ! Shower in room was superb as was the bed . 👍👍😊 room service/housekeeping excellent . Food in the restaurant very mediocre particularly for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast rather Badia too .

Quite junior staff in attendance & some unsure of certain facilities . No drinking water in rooms Ironing board was useless ! Cheap and flimsy kettle top wouldn’t open on our last night , Also had problems with Tv although staff were able to assist quite promptly . Storage space in room rather small when you have more than 2 cases !!! Too few coat hangers & small storage facility in cupboard.

Caring staff, great bar/restaurant. Clean pool, great room. COMFY BED. Breakfast booked via reception $25 or just walk in for $30. Good value for money. Bar/restaurant/pool doesn't belong to hotel it's call HYDE on 1st floor, but is so accessible for hotel guests and public alike. Drink prices definitely on par with other CBD bar/restaurants. Located on Hay St in CBD. So central to shopping Malls and easy walk to harbour makes this hotel perfect for all levels of fitness.

By the end of the week the breakfast wasn't stocked up so if you were later you missed some items eg/ mixed fruit for yoghurt etc. Nothing else really, this is a very good hotel.

New and modern hotel. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. I had so good sleep. Rooms are big. Good views if you can get a room on the high floor.

1) The only thing I was disappointed in was that I paid more for a room with a city view and asked to get a room on the one of top floors if possible (they responded and promised to do their best to enable) I came there to celebrate my birthday and our 12h anniversary for the whole weekend (this hotel was chosen for the celebration because of the view). We got a room on the third(!!!) floor (they have 27 floors!) and overlooking the patio. At first I thought they were so fully booked and there was no way to offer a better room for us. But then we got into a conversation with a person who made a reservation much later, paid the same price and got a room on the 21st floor. 2) No bottle water in room 3) The hair dryer was very dusty

We chose to stay at the Art Series because it is one of only a few hotels in Perth that has 2 double beds in the same room. The location is perfect and the car bay for luggage drop is very important with small children. The information about the artist is a beautiful touch and being able to see the art walking through the city was fantastic. Also a perfect presentation spot in the room for morning coffee and bottles. Extremely large windows for exceptional city views and perfect for the kids to see the lights at night and watch the busy streets.

The pool was missing tiles, but still a beautiful area to have a drink and enjoy. The sink is to shallow to wash up coffee cups easily however house keeping will change then every day and give you coffee pods.

Room and bathroom was wonderful. Clean and with wonderful view. Food is also great. Staff on reception is awesome and extremely friendly.

Staff in restuant on level 1 needs more training. We asked waiter for a lemon in coke, however he just grabbed one with hand and threw it in the glass. Unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional for a 5stars hotel. Also they don’t have uniforms, everyone is wearing own casual clothing. Not many 5 stars hotels in the world is not using uniforms for staff. Swimming pool area is dirty….again unacceptable for 5stars. Customers ware drinking beers in pool 🫤

The location was great. Close and easy walk to everything.Lovely and clean Close proximity to cheap weekend parking at The CPP parking opposite His Majesty's Theatre. Cheaper than the hotel endorsed parking at Wilson Parking. Lovely breakfast space, not your usual noisy buffet room, maybe as it was carpeted. Our room, 14th floor, (1402 furthest from the lift, so nice and quiet), was bright and airy. Nespresso coffee machine in room was a bonus as was the ability to bluetooth music from phone to tv. Pleasant and welcoming staff and friendly check in/check out. Staff offered knowledge about workings of hotel, even before asked. Pool area looked lovely, bit cold for a swim though :)

Minor things but not deal breakers......just small things that needed attnetion, but werent terrible. *There seemed to be a bedside table missing as only one in our room- not really an issue for a one night stay! *No complimentary small bottles of water in the room which seemed a little unusualand would have been handy. *Pillows were a bit strange; longer and narrower than the norm and more round than flat,which meant they were really high.

Very clean, modern hotel with nice street art prints. The location is convenient within the CBD. The bedding is very comfortable. The room has a great selection of tea and coffee pods, with milk in the mini fridge. Nice, quality shampoo, conditioner, and bath products. Easy to order Uber Eats delivery if you arrive late or don’t feel like going out for food and don’t want to pay room service prices.

It is not a fault of the hotel but the price point isn’t as great of a value when you have to pay a separate overnight parking fee. We arrived after 10pm and checked out by 10:30 a.m. and the parking fee was $30 AUD for approx. 12 hours. Just something for other travelers to be aware of when booking and traveling by car.
