QT Perth

Room was well kept and roomy (stayed in the QT Exec Room). Bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best sleeps in my life. Super convenient location as well! House keeping was considerate and only came to make up the room when you're away. Really enjoyed my stay at the QT and can't wait until my next stay. The gym was not big but had everything I needed. There was also a popular rooftop bar which I didn't get a chance to check out but you can't hear anything from the rooms.

QT Perth is perfectly centrally located, minutes walking distance to the Perth central train station and shopping mall . Guest rooms are delicately and colourfully decorated, well-equipped amenities such as free coffee, tea and nightgowns certainly had made our stay enjoyable. The spacious room has daily room service , spotlessly clean. Theirs bathroom has got a bathtub add to the comfort. Additionally, the good quality of bed linens and comfortable bed had contributed us a restful stay. QT Perth has paid attention to the details that made our’s experience memorable.

Room 1404 air condition seems malfunctioning, too cold, even preset temperature was 28 degrees,

Really enjoyed the roof top bar and its fabulous views over the city. The hotel is very close (walking distance) from the main shopping area and also close to Perth Royal hospital which is why we picked it. Great stay in a good hotel. Very comfortable and pleasant. We'll stay again!

The lighting in the bathroom needs to be upgraded. Both my wife and myself made comment regarding it. I found it very difficult to shave and my wife found it hard to apply her make-up. The Crown Plaza hotel in Canberra had a magnifying mirror on a swinging arm, wall mounted, which was great for these personal tasks.

As always it’s just lush….. it’s absolutely beautiful! Smells frigging fabulous without being overkill, beautiful aesthetics, massive big bathtub……. Proper sized ones that those who ain’t so petite can throughly enjoy! The lighting is incredible. Interior designers absolutely nailed that! Front concierge are always really chirpy and say gday to you as you’re breezing in and out - and are super helpful! I’d also say dammmmn the coffee at brekky was HELLA GOOD. It’s always a good punchy start to the day!

Only thing was running water from pipes from above room/s but I think this was also because of being on a corner room - I have not had that previously. Thats honestly the most insane nitpicking - seriously, the place is a total mood and totally knows it! 🥳

Bath and King size bed. plus the Santini Bar and Restaurant. that was the best.

I couldn’t connect my phone to tv. unable to cast movies from phone. it wasn’t cleaned properly. dust on table and bathroom areas.

Rooms are stunning, comfortable bed which is a bonus! Location is perfect right in the middle of the CBD walking distance from train station, Northbridge plus Elizabeth Quay

During our stay there was maintenance done to the hot water - no issue there as these things need to happen however how it was handled was sub par. No mention upon check in, only a slip of paper under the door mid morning once we'd left for the day. Noted to see staff at reception if any questions was turned off at 11am we arrived back 2pm no hot water went down to ask when it was going to be back on. First lady wonderful she was polite & did all she could she didnt have the answer so asked her manager who came over with so much anger stated it happens all the time you will have to get over it. Not the best way to handle it.

Breakfast not available until 7am. I know it was a Sunday, but people are still travellers that still have early flights or connections that have to meet. I had a package to include breajkfast, turns out, that was a waste of money as had to be leaving the Hotel by 7. Also having to pay a $200 bond, nowhere else have I ever had to do that sum of money and it is taken. Everywhere just do $2.00 so they know that card does work and they can add more to it if needed, mini bar or damages, but to take $200 then that may not hit back into my account for 3 -6 days, that is just wrong. If that is how QT work, I don’t think I want to stay again.

A very stylish, sleek and perfectly-sized hotel. My room was as chic as I'd hoped. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. It was devine! I thoroughly enjoyed a soothing bath after a busy Christmas day with family, the lush Kevin Murphy products certainly helped. For breakfast I ordered braised mushrooms with haloumi, spinach and poached eggs. It was delicious and a great way to end my short but sweet stay at QT. I can't say enough about the warm and friendly staff. I was particularly impressed with the desk clerk on duty when I checked in, she was delightful. She was just as bubbly the next day; I definitely feel that her attitude left me thinking about a future stay.

We really like the decor, it has a real sensual feel to it and made our stay more romantic. The atmosphere was perfect, quality of fit out was spot on and the water in the show was hot! Well done team QT. We would love to stay there again soon.

To be honest, nothing actually, we only wished we could have afforded to have stayed longer and really enjoyed the bath and the roof top bar, we just run out of time. It would have been nice to have know that if we had asked, there may have been a chance to stay on the other side of the hotel with a better view. But in all honesty, we didn't look outside for long.

- i hate turning a shower on and spending 5mins working out how to pull the button to get the shower head to work instead of the hand held nozzle which was pouring water over the wall . When you've taken your glasses off its difficult - Couldn't find a room service menu or any hotel info within the room . Called up room service at 6 am no answer- without knowing when the hours are its hard to know whether they were open or not - air con was so quiet u couldn't tell it was on and because it took minimum 15 mins to do anything I had to call someone in to check it was working. Again Room notes would help
