Excellent location, walking distance to CBD, Elizabeth Quay etc. Room was well kitted out with everything we needed. Friendly, helpful staff.

The coffee shop was advertised as open at 7am every day - the one day we visited it, it was shut all day. Shame as there is nowhere else in the near vicinity to get a coffee (unless you make yourself in room).

The location was great! It was close to Jacobs ladder and Kings Park. As well you can walk to the shops/restaurants quite easily. We also walked to the university. Transit is accessible, as is the train. Many coffee shops around. The cafe onsite has lovely coffee, breakfasts and lunch. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet location. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. Coffee had been splattered over the side of the toilet, garbage and wall. There isn’t a grocery store or convenience store nearby. Most everything food wise is a 20 min walk. Most cafes in the area close by 2 or 3 pm

such good value for money especially the 1 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchenettes and tvs with Netflix and YouTube

our room keys stopped working about 4 times I had to go to the reception to fix it

That there was no overnight reception. We were leaving at 4:30 am and good thing we had desk order taxi the night before as we would have no way to call one. Further it is poor policy not to have desk manned 24 hours. Reduced customer service. No indication desk unmanned during evening late hours was presented. We asked for trolly and desk told us he would relay to his colleague to leave outside our door. Was not done. Totally locked up. Would never stay at hotel without 24 reception. Would not recommend your hotel. People calling for reservation are told on message to call back! As a world traveller we would expect immediate service not a voicemail. Suggest this policy be reviewed. You save a few dollars for poor review.

I like that it came with a kitchen area and laundry washing was located on Level 1 free of charge. Beds were huge and comfortable. They also prepared a baby cot as requested.

Location. If you arrive after office hours, the nearest Coles is about a 20 minute walk away. As the reception is not 24hours, we actually left the hotel at 4am for the airport and dropped of the key cards at the self checkout box. You need the card to re-enter and so we couldn't and there isn't anybody around to assist us anyway.

location was good, beside the hotel are 200 odd stairs to walk up kings park area also an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre or /and Elizabeth Quay our room was a one bed apartment with plenty of room with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine . . a lovely cafe on level 1 with indoor /outdoor , cafe is independent of the quest.

this is more for management, on arrival,the room wasn’t as clean as it could be , the refrigerator certainly hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest which I did myself . room was never serviced for the entire time (1 week) before 1pm and on one occasion at 2pm after being out since 8am I had to ask for the room to be restocked snd some fresh towels , the housekeeper on that particular day had the worst body odour and it lingered . it was very unpleasant. most staff were helpful and friendly though

Location is great. First apartment was horrible (random layout of two small rooms that they cobble into one apartment - outcome is half of it becomes non functional) but they took that on board and moved us as soon as they could into a more functional space because we were there for about 2 weeks duration. The staff are very approachable and try to help. They are also non intrusive. The housekeeping team are very good and will do as much or as little as you request when you are on longer stay. Easy access for uber eats delivery. The view into bush and Jacob's ladder is good. Relatively easy to access. Quick walk uptown. You're not in the noisy part of town and just 7 or so easy minutes walk away from Hay Street Mall.

Staff at the hotel were great. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and attentive. We utilised the laundry facilities which was also brilliant. We arrived direct from London, so after 17 hours of flying, it was great to have such a confrotable place to rest.

The parking building was an almost 10 minute walk from the apartment block which, in our case, was a slight annoyance given we were in and out of the hotel frequently. Although, the staff allowed us to park the car out the front of the hotel for 10 minute intervals if we were only collecting items from the room etc.
