Hotel Klassik Berlin

The room was neat and clean and the place is close to the city center

We stayed there one day and continued our trip. We forgot in the room a bag with some new clothes we bought. We called the next day to report the bag with the clothes. After 5 times we called and each time they promised to get back to us and they didn't, we had to return from the trip to the hotel to look for the clothes. The secretary at the reception said they found nothing and ignored our request to send someone to check the room again or look for it in the hotel. After we insisted, she called someone and spoke in German, so we couldn't understand what it was about, and simply said "we didn't find it". It's sad to know that this is what happens when something is forgotten in this hotel.

The hotel rooms are really nice! Friendly staff, cool city view from our room, and peaceful even with slight traffic going around, managed to sleep well before an event at night, Comfy bed, nice carpets in the hallways and room, nice bathroom and a very modern vibe, clean rooms Satisfying breakfast, quick and easy. When I just entered had a bit of a sketchy vibe, also due to the area maybe, also no WiFi, if I din't have my new simcard with roaming on I would've been stuck if I had no WiFi to book Ubers to the airport or else where Could be cleaner in the lobby or have some new furniture, and the entrance door has a tape on it think to cover a crack in the glass but understandable due to Covid maybe hotels must still be recovering from the set backs Otherwise a really good place

The place is located perfectly near a good mall (East side mall) and with all the best places around. The staff of the hotel is really friendly. The hospitality here is exceptional, not something I have seen before in other hotels of Berlin. Temir was incredibly hospitable and helped us not only to find the various touristic places but also provided us with all the help needed to explore Berlin even with a foot injury. The place is very vibrant with positive energy, happy vibes, safety and lots of hospitality. And also the breakfast was wonderful. They actually waited for me to enjoy the buffet when I was a bit delayed on one particular morning. Thank you so much everyone. :)

There was nothing extreme that I didn't like. Maybe, the rooms could be a bit more spacious. :)

Very nice room with a clean bathroom. Value for money breakfast buffet. I'm surprised at other negative reviews as I have stayed at another hotel nearby, and this is definitely better. People comment on the noise but it is in a party area and if you stay at the weekend it will be noisy! I found that the white noise of the Dyson fan drowned any noise out effectively.

Pillows could be better.

Right on the central station. It is connected to the shopping center so it is very convenient. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. no complains for a business stay.

Wish there were no doors after the elevator, make it hard to move with suitcases. Also it is a bit of pain going through shopping center to get to the hotel on the weekend, wish there were other ways to get to the hotel-station

The check in was fast and the location perfect for our time in Berlin. Staff was very accommodating and caring throughout the stay. The room was cosy and the beds comfy. Breakfast was very good and well presented as well.

There were just little details in the room that could be better: one of our bedside lamps wasn't working cause it was missing a lightbulb and our towels were very small and scruffy.

Amazing room. Very modern, USB ports everywhere, lovely walk-in shower, balcony with great view of the city. Very clean and stylish. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great!

Very minor complaint is that the pillows were very soft. Most people will probably like that but I prefer a firm pillow.

The location was convenient, near the Warschauer Street station, and parking was convenient at the East Side Mall (it costed 10 euros for 24 hours). There were lots of cheap food places nearby. Breakfast was good and varied.

There was a bit of a funny smell in the hallway because of changing the carpet, but thankfully it didn't reach the room. Was was a bit small but manageable.

the Klassik is a clean well maintained hotel positioned close S + U Bahn stations as well as a tram line. The lift works although to reach it you must scale a short flight of stairs

Some street noise can be heard late into the night and the room was not equiped with cups or glasses despite have two fridges, a microwave and two hobs.

The staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. The room was a good size and had things we needed. Great location with easy access to places due to proximity to the bahnhof. Breakfast was good a lovely little spread with only a few guests staying.

Mattress was very hard, but they gave me extra duvets.
