Service was like in 5 stars Hotel Very friendly and helpful staff Every tiny thing adjusted to enjoy a full comfort. For example perfect lights options in bathroom or a mini bowl for food remains during a breakfast. A good quality breakfast menu. Flowers around the hotel. Enough space for placing/storing items in a room. Possibility to heat a room to really warm temperature Safe parking

The room was clean and decorated modernly. It was enough for a couple and two kids. There were one double and two single beds in the room. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. They solved the problem immediately and they did everything for us to stay comfortably. You can reach the reception 7/24. The room welcomes you with free bottles of water and coffee, tea with kettle. There are markets, restaurants and cafes nearby. You can easy reach the hotel by 245 Bus. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Central station by bus. The busses run every 7 minutes. From the airport, you can take FEX train to the central station and take 245 bus (direction to Zoologischer Garten) you need to get off Ottostraße bus stop and you walk for 200 metres to reach the hotel.

The room was simply furnished but had everything we needed. Loved the gold chandelier. The bathroom was small but well equipped and the shower worked well. There was a balcony looking out to the front of the building. The street is very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was exceptional and the decor had recently been upgraded.

The room was on the first floor above the entrance and the breakfast room. A little noise from the door opening and closing. The smell of cooking in our room early morning was distracting. I will stay again but ask for a room on a higher floor.

Everyone at Reception was very welcoming and informative. My room was modern with an excellent bathroom. There was also a fridge. Although there was no air conditioner the windows were huge and let in lots of fresh air. My bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding as there was hot and cold food available with an excellent variety. The hotel is close to bus stops on either side of the road with the busses going to and from the Central Station.

The pillow was very soft so I asked for a second one which helped.

We liked our stay in this hotel. Location is perfect - different public transport options & even possible to reach the city centre walking. There were all necessary things in the room. Breakfast was good : enough food and different options to choose something. Very friendly and helpful staff, were ready to help and advise about the city. We could also leave our bags before checking in and start exploring the city not loosing previous time 😉. I can recommend this place to stay in Berlin

It was a wonderful stay thanks to the staff, they helped us in all the way they could and it was easy to approach them because they were so helpful. The room was splendid! Although a bit small to open up our baggage, it was very clean. Especially the bathroom, which made us very comfortable and relieved. Transport from the hotel was easy as well, although it takes around 30minutes to get to Alexanderplatz. The bus stop was maybe 5minutes away from the hotel and it was always accessible, and it was easy to buy a ticket through the phone app BVG as well. In conclusion, we loved our time at the hotel and never felt uncomfortable when staying.

The walls are thin, and we can pretty much hear everything that happens at the hotel, the neighbors were especially loud at a late time but we didn’t mind. It must be different for a person who is sensitive to loudness though.

Very clean and tidy Hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Location wise you have a bunch of public transport options around to get you anywhere in town. For food nearby there is Turmstraße full of mostly Turkish street food, international restaurants and supermarkets. Markthalle nearby is a must check out for foodies.

Nothing major but the information book in the hotel room is not exactly up to date. Nearest ATM is not existent any more and the price for breakfast (if not included in your booking) was off by a bit, which was just kind of shrugged off by the receptionist.

The location was great! It is on walking distance from the downtown, central station, and very, very close to the river. The breakfast is great. The people who work there are smiling, and helpful. You can rent a bike from them.

The size of the room was disappointing. If you plan just to spend some nice time in the hotel, there is not so much to do there. I wish they had some lunch or dinner too.

The room was pretty small, especially for a 3 persons configuration. The hotel is pretty well placed and has an interior parking place for aorund 10 cars, which is a great plus for those travelling by car. The receptionists were very nice.

Air condition in the room would be a necessity and bigger rooms for 3 beds versions; we were using a fan. Price for the room was quite high for the conditions offered.
