Burlington Hotel

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. We had a really nice view from our room, and there is also e rooftop from where you can enjoy the views or which you can use for eating. I appreciated also the location, walking distance for everything, also multiple options of public transport. We took the bus A11 from the airport and it left us just in front of the hotel.

The room was kind of small (also the bed), but I guess that's how things are in Asia. Nothing else!

This is a top quality hotel in a prime area at a very reasonable price The room was lovely....great bed and covers, quality wood fittings and modern bathroom Staff were helpful and friendly...a very minor glitch on a light that wouldn't switch off was addressed immediately ....with a smile The Airport Bus,City Flyer [HK$ 40 bargain] drops off virtually outside the hotel....close to the MTR and easy raised walk to the Star Ferry and Exhibition Centre....plus great restaurants close by and Happy Valley racecourse about a 40 minute walk [a must see on a Wednesday night]

All was excellent

The location is perfect for exploring the Wan Chai area. Especially if you want to partake in nightlife. You can also easily walk to explore the water and take the ferry. The staff was exceptional. They were able to upgrade us and consistently checked in if our stay and room was good. We were on floor 24 so the WiFi was cutting in and out. The staff even called us a taxi and held our luggage for us. If you need stable WiFi buy a MySim 32GB for $10 HK at the 711s

The room did have some water stains in some areas but besides that it felt and looked clean.

Very professional and attentive staff at front desk, managed to check me in on early arrival without complications. Always helpful and polite, obviously well trained. The bed and linen are great, better than expected.

The website photos are somewhat misleading as to how small the rooms actually are. No space for cupboard so leave your suitcase on the floor. If you can live with a small room, then there's no problem as it actually has everything you need.

Great lightings in the room. It was well-lit with bright down lights, bright colour tone and fairly high ceiling which made the room appear more spacious. Comfortable bed. Useful amenities available on the Sky Garden. Helpful staff who accommodated to my request for a room on a high floor and late check-out.

Cleanliness could have been improved on. There were some stains on one of the bath towels and also stain spots on the tables. More information could have been provided during check-in, such as the availability of amenities located on the Sky Garden on the 19th floor.

The location is very comfortable, right near Wan Chai station. The staff was very nice, they helped me with my sim card, held my luggage for the day because my flight was late etc. And they speak good english. The room was pretty clean (the bedsheets), but i noticed some stains in the sink and hair on the floor.

The room might be too tight for two people, especially if you have to open a luggage.

Small room but i understand it is common for HK. I was travelling alone with hand luggage and there was enough space for me in the room, but i am afraid the space would be very limited for 2+. I did not like the smell in the room when AC was on, i believe they should clean the filter. The breakfast was not available due to repair works.

Very good location, easy access to the trams, buses and MTR. I was on the 18th floor and the force of the shower was fantastic. One of the best hotel showers I've ever had.

More an observation - the room was tiny, and I was a solo traveller. There isn't even a chair in the room, just a small stool. I doubt 2 people could have been comfortable in the room but then you don't go to HK to sit in your hotel room

Even if room was small (typical for HK), bed was very comfortable and room is clean (being cleaned every day and towels replaced everyday as well. Location was central and steps away from the bus stop, hence very convenient to go around. Staff were friendly and helped me get taxi to the airport. Near great restaurants. I'll consider staying at this hotel again when I come back to HK.

I would have preferred staying at a higher floor as my room was facing the other buildings. I'll make sure to make a request next time.

Please understand, I have lived for over 40 years in Hong Kong and know the place very well. I selected your hotel location to suit my needs for business and social activities that I needed to attend to during my stay. The room could have been bigger but was okay for my needs. Cleanliness was very good. FOH staff were very polite and helpful.
