View from my room on the 20th floor is amazing Shower water pressure is very good Breakfast ok Close to wan chai metro station & nearby lot of shops

Staff some friendly & some not Check in was 3pm but I arrived earlier around 1.30pm but not allowed to check in which is ok, but I bought some fast food to eat ,while eating at the lobby sitting area I was asked to go out from the hotel...I have to sit & eat outside the hotel where people are smoking... That was an uncomfortable situation for me. Maybe they can allow me to sit at the cafe instead.

I stayed in a room on the optimum floor with a harbour view and the stay was absolutely delightful and far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable for 1-2 persons, and the lighting of the room was well-designed. I really appreciated the view of the harbour. When I was there, the sky was overcast most of the time, but the night view from the room was still stunning as you can see the ferries on the harbour, and the skyline along tsim sha shui /kowloon area. The location was excellent because it is easily accessible from exhibition centre station and wanchai station (via a lift / ramp up the overhead bridge or you can take the escalator at immigration tower to get to the bridge that goes to wanchai station), and the airport bus A11 is just along the main road near the hotel.

The VIEW! Looking out onto Victoria Harbour was wonderful. Watching the nightly lightshow and fireworks was an added bonus. The room was quiet, comfortable, and the free breakfast buffet; delightful. I enjoyed a great night sleep each night, The staff was highly professional, and dedicated to service. English was spoken. A Plus for those who need it.

If there was a down side, it would be the in-suite bathroom. The shower was fine, but the area around the toilet was very narrow. The next thing, was the lack of space for my clothes, once I unpacked. Bathrobes should have been available, however, they were not. I opted not to make an issue of it.

Harbour view room with a nice big double bed and a great harbour view, even a little table to sit at by the window. The room was very comfortable and quiet with an excellent shower and a desk with easily accessible electrical sockets. Lots of choice for breakfast and the discounted price was good value.There was easy access to shops and restaurants in Wan Chai, even better once we found we could get to Wan Chai station mostly via the walkway.

Left an empty coffee cup by the TV when we came back there were a lot of minute ants on it. After that ensured everything was clean and dry before we left. Breakfast would have been rather expensive at the full price.

Location is great. Good access to airport bus stops and MTR station. Good restaurants nearby. Clean room and good supply of personal essential items

Nothing at all. It would be good to mention the location of the front entrance of the hotel is right next to Art Centre. The easiest access is from the foot bridge on Fenwick Street/Hennessey Road.

Pros: Awesome view facing Victoria Harbour on the 21st floor. Complimentary breakfast for our package, welcome mini bar and Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The hotel is walking distance to public transport. . Lovely front desk, Concierge Assistant and friendly house keeping team. Checkouts process fast and smoothly.. Cons: Toilet size is a little smaller than expected for a 4* hotel but it's clean. The check in process is a little slower but still acceptable. Breakfast was just okay to our personal taste (same food for the last 3 days and we ended up having local cha chaan teng nearby instead)

We like that it was situated 5-10mins walk to the Wan Chai or Exhibition Centre metro station and Victoria harbor. Then, it was near pub areas and retail spaces so you can easily find what you are looking for. And it was really awesome that our room had a bird's eye view on the Harbor so we saw it raining and on tge sunny and cloudy side. Although the housekeeping staff had little English, they were accommodating on giving us new towels, new toilettries and more water bottles to drink everyday.

We stayed for 5 days, maybe the restaurant can work on the variety of breakfast dishes they can serve everyday. The same dishes served can bore the guests eventually, although the staff were okay.

VERY good buffet (western and chinese varieties, including the favourite siu mai) and lovely room! It has a safe (which is very important), a clear area to put your luggage, good signage to encourage customers to use less products to save environment, nice bright/lighting and spacious desk/study area to do work next to window if you are on business trip, ceiling is very high so you don't feel claustrophobic.

The bath tub is slightly small (fit one person) (not really an issue), the TV was good but it couldn't connect to netflix/disney/amazon prime so it kind of defeats the purpose of the TV/remote control. They had a special staycation weekday promotion of the "harbour view" (ocean view). I thought the receptionist told me when we upgraded to a premium room, we also got the "harbour" view (which I asked re promotion) but at the end they gave us the inner corner room anyway. Not really an issue, just a misunderstanding on my part but I thought it was strange since I clarified. However, I didn't really care much to ask to switch or correct the room since I was there for one night anyway.

Pros: The room on the 21st floor has an excellent Victoria Harbour view. Not a huge room but good size. Staff were kind and friendly. Especially to the housekeeping team, very attentive and friendly. Thank you. The location is next to HK Art centre and walking distance to all public transport. If taking buses from the airport, A11 stops near Luard Road, walk in the opposite direction towards HK Immigration Tower (hotel is just behind/nearby). When leaving, you can ask the hotel concierge to help call for a taxi to the airport, direct and reach within 30mins or so.

Cons: The toilet is way smaller than expected (but it's clean). The Breakfast selection is limited and not that great for a 4* hotel. A little messy during breakfast time. The lobby is a little small but still acceptable.

Location is great for Convention center across the hotel but not so good for tourists. Great breakfast with a variety of non-Chinese food too. Nice service.

Location is a bit far from attractions, nothing touristy in the area in the vicinity. The view is good but only on upper floors. The pictures exaggerate the size of the rooms which are actually more cramped. The Hotel takes a security deposit and we are still waiting for a refund (three months later). Getting to it from the airport requires a transfer from subway to bus.
