Best Western Hotel Causeway Bay

The hotel is located in a really good location, a walking distance from the metro stations and other local eateries. The hotel staff were phenomenal. I accidentally had a nosebleed during the night and stained the bedsheets and blanket. The team came to take care of it immediately, did not get mad at me, and did not charge me extra. I was very impressed with the service. Thank you so much! I will stay there again next time!

Room was upgraded with a good size bed, clean linen, much more comfortable than my previous stay at this hotel. Bed design allowed space to locate the suitcase below the bed, a good "hidden" feature. Hotel location is excellent with easy access to trams, busses and MTR via Wanchai or Causeway Bay

Bathroom shower space is very tight, understandable given the space issues. I did not feel inclined to use Hotel breakfast or fitness due to my schedule

the people that work there were so nice and helpful. I arrived very late and they were still extremely welcoming to me. the staff in the hotel buffet was the nicest man. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable in the dining room.

there was not a lot of light in the bedroom. I like to read before I fall asleep and it was very hard to read with the lighting. I also felt the location , while close to bus stops was not close to anything else I was doing there.

The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was amazing. Nearby food stalls were good and were value for money. Nearest 7-11 is a couple of blocks away and had easy access to trams and buses. The room size was a bit cramped for 2 people, but it was enough for us since our bags were small. Bathroom was also small, but clean.

The air conditioning was glitchy and tended to be either too cold or too warm. Too far from any MTR station.

The location is the best. Walking distance to Times Square, Sogo and a lot more. Very near to tram station and bus station from anywhere even coming from airport. They provide basic amenities and not to mention room slippers as a lot of budget hotel does not provide anymore.

The room might be somehow small. No drawer or cabinet to hang your clothes. If you are not familiar with the area, you need to have google map to locate the area on your arrival. Nonetheless the hotel is easy to find.

Accessible to almost everything -- food stalls, Times Square mall, trams, bus, subway stations. Better stay here in Causeway Bay area than in TST. The room and toilet/bath is small, as always expected in Hong Kong. But it is comfortable and quiet enough for a restful sleep. The room is also maintained everyday with fresh linens, towels, and supplies.

The matress is quite hard, but it still provided a good night's sleep for both of us.

Everything was great. We landed very early and they provided us 1 room early so that we can fresh very sweet of them. Location is really nice. Everything is near by and open all night. Rooms were clean and they clean every day.Yes its small but thats normal in Hongkong so no complaint its still good for 2 people. View is also nice from the room.

There is no bar and restaurant also only opens for breakfast

Located within walking distance to Causeway MTR. Plenty of eateries around. I think the room size is considered big for such price and location.

The room is not well lit. Got to strain my eyes to work in front of my laptop. There's no table in my room, so i have to work at the window ledge in awkward position. The hotel is not suitable for business travellers

Very economical, given free room upgrade as visited on my husband's birthday, free toiletries and tea/coffee daily including toothbrush and comb.Room overlooked local racecourse.

Small room, no wardrobe ( just a hook on the wall), difficult to find, reception on 3rd floor ( not by the hotel entrance / Libby which was unstaffed and used to display a sports car!)

The location of the hotel was great. There was so much to do in just a minute's walk from the hotel. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We've seen some very small Hong Kong hotel rooms before, but this room's size wasn't small at all.
