The location is fine and a lots food restaurants around , employees are friendly and nice.

The room size a bit too small , the lighting control wasn't very nice, if turn off the only switch beside the door and all the light are off and whole room is darkness, not very convenient for old people get up in meddle of night to go to washroom? There should have separate switch for lighting control beside the bed area.

Convenient location with both bus and MTR nearby.

The staff was by far the best I've ever experienced in hotels! They always go above and beyond, very friendly and helpful no matter if you are just passing by the lobby, or actually having a needing assistance. My experience with the staff (interacted with many of them across functions) was definitely the best part of our hotel stay. The hotel location is great, with lots of local things to shop/eat, with buses stopping close to the hotel. The hotel shuttle was definitely a nice bonus offer as well. The room is at decent size so it is very comfortable. The room we had was with some of the older amenities with the bathroom, but it didn't bother us much.

The location - 5 mins walk to MTR and few mins walk to airport bus stop, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A very spacious queen room with super big and comfort bed. The facilities of the hotel. The friendly staff and the assistance from the staff when something is needed. The staff provided us a router for wi-fi when our room's Wi-Fi wasn't working. The staff dealt with professionally when the loud noise from travellers in other room(s) closed doors loudly in early morning, we were moved to higher floor which we were very much appreciated.

The bus noise when at the lower floor, and its other unconsiderate travellers closed door loudly at early hours. Had to adjust the temperature of A/R system in midde of the night a number of times due to too hot or too cold when sleeping.

Nice hotel good size rooms which were clean and well kept.

We choose this hotel as it was close to the cruise terminal but that's the only good thing about the location. It's in a working class commercial area. Fortunately the hotel runs a bus to Nathan Rd but it finishes at 1800. There are loads of eating places in the area but unless you speak or read Cantonese you may go hungry. Our saving grace was the Viet/Thai restaurant just along from the hotel entrance the menus had a translation and it was very reasonable with a staff that spoke good English.

The staff was so helpful and kind and there was a beautiful swimming pool. A perfect hotel to find calmness and peace after a busy day. The hotel was very clean and hygienic and near to the subway station. There was a large breakfast buffet with a lot of choice and diversity of kitchens. The beds were really soft and nice. You can find all the facilities you need in the hotel.

Some facilities, like the smoking area, closes too early and the hotel was sometimes too calm, so if you are looking for some company and talking/party, it’s not the right hotel.

Good Location Close public transport, and excellent food nearby. Easy access to anywhere Cleaning lady extremely nice and do an excellent job! Room is decent size given the price and location and in HK!

The terrible wifi - unusable!! The aircon is centralised, it’s either too cold or too hot also very humid but hotel already put dehumidifier in the corridor but doesn’t help much… A lot of people from mainland China and sometimes the lobby is full of luggages and people… not the hotel’s fault but it’s a shame…

Hotel staff is super helpful and quickly response to any request from the guests. I would like to pay my special tribute to the lady at front desk, who checked us in on 27 sept afternoon. Facilities are all kept clean and up to standard all the time. The current of showering water is high enough to wash away your tiredness. Super good!

The sound of air conditioning is loud, even if you switched it to smallest wind. So we turned air conditioning off when we slept at night. When air conditioning is off, the sound is also off. Unexpectedly, the room temperature was still kept in comfortable condition without air conditioning on throughout the night.

Very helpful staff. They upgraded our room for free. Which was a welcoming start to the trip. The location is not bad either. Wee bit of a walk to the MTR, otherwise perfect. Love the facilities, including the pool, which is God sent for families with children. There is a fruit shop across the hotel, Thai eatery next door, Indonesian take away place and very basic 7 11 close by. Massage places around open until 11pm. Handy to Fusion shopping mart. Free shuttle to and from from Tsim Sha Shui . Certainly, I can return again.

Just a bit of a walk to MTR

The room is very big for the price in Hong Kong. I didn't use it but from my room, the swimming pool looks better and bigger than the picture shown. The location is not the most convenient for some TYPICAL touristy things/landmarks especially if it's your first time visiting Hong Kong BUT there are quite a bit to explore nearby and it's definitely a lot more local with a lot of food options from early morning breakfast till late night snacks. That said, there's a free shuttle and nothing is THAT far, you might just have to switch lines a few times on the MTR, or take the bus/mini bus.

Nothing, I think it's a really good deal for what it is in Hong Kong.
