Hotel Punta Monpas

Staff were amazing, friendly, and super helpful. Room was OK. It wasn't fully clean and i had to scrub the toilet myself. I did check in early so not sure if it normally is or was rushed and forgotten. Location was great. Right on the beach and across from a nice Plaza which was great for watching sunsets. A short trek to bus stops that service many buses. Safe in room was large and appreciated.

Pillows were too firm and raised for my taste, but not terrible. No luggage rack, only a closet, but doesn't really help for keeping it open.

Located adjacent to the Zurriola beach. We even had a view of it out our window. Convenient to shops, restaurants etc in Gros. Great breakfast with plenty of variety. Access to coffee/tea facilities all day in the foyer. Staff are super helpful. Room was quite spacious with a few steps up to a little lounge area near the window. This place is a real find. Recommend it.

Nothing. Larger people may find the shower a bit narrow, but water supply is very good.

No onsite parking, €20/day public parking. Some cheaper on street parking but very hard to find spaces 20-30 minutes walk to reach old town Initially on ground floor, but noisy. Moved to 1st floor & no problems. Upgraded to larger better laid out room for extra €10/night. Bedrooms on split leval

Andrea is an amazing person. She was very helpful. The room is clean. İt is near the beach and walking distance to everywhere.

No shampoo for hair. The showerhead is outdated and need to be changed. The mattress was too hard for my back. But still this was not a major issue for me.

Very nice and clean place. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. And a super location! 👍

We had a room with no windows and no ventilation for fresh air. Also the the emergency light in the be room stayed on for the whole night.

The bed was large and comfortable, there was air conditioning, bathroom fine, the location was really great, just next to the beach and by far the nicest bay in the city. The staff were very pleasant.

It was expensive, but that was due to the time I chose to visit which was right before the film festival when there is huge demand and prices are always high.

Quirky hotel on the beachfront. Comfy beds, beautiful views out across the beach, especially at sunset. Very friendly receptionist Andrea, really helpful. Decent basic breakfast. Great chilled vibe in the evening around the area, just before sunset.

Bathroom could be a little more private.

we had a great view of the beach, parking for our bikes and tea making facilities in reception. Ixone was a brilliant member of staff, we could ask any questions. Our room even had a fridge and sitting area. what more do you want

Location is awesome, it's a 2-minute walk to the beach. The staff was super helpful to understand local parking rules and there is also an option for a paid parking garage. You can choose to pay for breakfast too, pretty simple but nice that it's available

Wifi could be a stronger, it's pretty basic for messaging.

A very cozy property at the end of the Zurriola beach. The beach is across the road but can be seen from the property. Its in a quiet area which is great at the end of a long day. so much space for running. Andrea and the rest were so helpful giving us the best recommendation for pintxos places. Take the daily continental breakfast offered at €6.
