We had the Deluxe room, it was great and spacious. Clean and well decorated. Breakfast was really delicious and you had the possibility to choose a personal menu, and staff could make exceptions if we asked for smth not in the menu or not included. Parking limited, but the staff helped to find a spot, so no issues there.

Isolation of the room was not perfect, we could hear water running from other rooms, the phone ring of the neighbors. One of us had a room in the first floor that was not ideal to have, with the noise, steps and the kitchen next to it...

Fantastic location on the hill overlooking Permet. We checked in on a rainy day and enjoyed the storm from our huge bedroom windows. Espresso machine in the room was a nice bonus. Huge and comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Free parking, although only for about ~ 8 cars

It would have been nice if there was more of a common area downstairs. There is a roaring fire in reception, but it needs a few sofas and a coffee table perhaps so that guests can enjoy it. In the summer the outside bar area does look very nice. Breakfast was a little basic.

The hotel is very lovely. Old style but the interior is modern. Its very tastefully designed. The bathroom is very nice. The beds were comfortable. It's only a few minute walk to the centre, which is nice. Breakfast was a fixed menu, but it was possible to accommodate to some changes.

When we arrived, we didn't saw any signs that said we were at the hotel, so we drove past it and then found ourselves in a very narrow street. Not ideal, a sign would've been nice. Also, when we arrived at 17.00, the check-in lady of the hotel was already gone. We were checked in by a hotel employee. We wanted to acquire about horse riding the next day, but he didn't know that. There was no personnel of the hotel anymore to ask. When we asked the next morning, everything was already full... we didn't find that a nice gesture to guests

Amazing property that really stands out from everything else in Permet. The location is absolutely perfect. Short walking distance to the city center, yet nicely set on a hill overlooking the city. The room was contemporary, while also preserving the historical value of the property. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and morning coffee in the sun filled terrace was a real bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Impressive building with superior rooms equipped with authentic materials such as wooden floors and windows in oak, a fireplace in natural stone. Very clean. Helpfully, friendly and professional receptionists. Outstanding restaurant for dinner. There aren’t any competitors in Permet at that level.

Breakfast concept with Cappuccino at surcharge is not what you expect at that price level - either breakfast is included which means basics such as fruit juice, Cappuccino and something to eat or you do not include breakfast at all.

Gorgeous restored house. The place has been tastefully decorated and is very comfortable. Rooms are large with all the modern conveniences such as heat and A/C, a lovely shower, and a Nespresso machine. Bed was super comfy. Great view from the room. Breakfast was superb. Price was reasonable and they take credit cards, unlike most Albanian hotels. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

No elevator night be a problem for some. The coffee maker was placed too high to operate easily. Pretty minor issues for this beautiful place!

One of the best hotels in Albania, the concept reviving the old house(building) is a genius idea, people coming from different countries looking for authentic experience, local food, nature, eventhough the gest house is restored or better saying updated with the latest facilities the structure of the building is as old as time . Permet is famous for their hospitality and cleanliness once u enter the room u can see it straight away it’s spotless,, i can say more and more but is a must go!

No complimentary water in the room. Doors slam very loudly, if someone is leaving at early or late hour you will definitely hear them leaving. Parking is wide but needs to be organized, other cars can block your car so you stay there forever 😁 Radtayrant has no fish options.

Very nice place, very clean, spacious, good bathroom. We had dinner and breakfast (breakfast was included), and both were very nice. The staff speaks good english and they are attentive and friendly. It was a nice break on our trip to stay somewhere nicer.

I think there should be more options of traditional dishes, as if I remember correctly, there were only two. They had local beer though, and it was very nice.

What went well? Everything! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was exceptional, and the food was mind blowing. The dinner menu contained a variety of regional dishes (e.g., nettle pie!) with locally sourced ingredients. Food sustainability at its best. The yogurt served for breakfast was itself worth of trip. I would not be surprised that with a few small touches/refinements they get a Michelin star (if the Michelin guide decides one day to go to Albania). Check out was at 10:00 am. I asked if is possible to have a late check out (14:30-15:00). It was and at no extra costs (!!!).
