Amazing views from balcony and dining room. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet, and all of good quality. Nice helpful staff.

There are not many good options for eating out in Konitsa. There is one taverna that serves good grilled meats, but if you are staying longer than a day or two, you might wish for an alternative. This is not to criticise the hotel - but I think they .might be .missing a trick by not serving evening meals

The location was a scenic beauty. Far from the maddening crowd, but there are very few tourists around to worry about. The breakfast was good, nothing special, but who goes there for that anyway? The staff was superb as they moved our room upon request.

Everything was ok after we moved our room due to a bathroom that was 3/4 dominated by a jacuzzi. No shower in that. A fireplace existed right on top of the bed and made one feel a touch of claustrophobia. Went to a normal standard room with a shower and it worked out well.

The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the mountains, the valleys. And very quiet. The rooms we got have excellent views from the balcony. All the staff, specifically Christos, were all very helpful, cheerful and accommodating! He assisted us in all our requests. Food was great! Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

Generally nothing to complain, except for the jacuzzi in the shower room. We preferred a regular shower room, but since we got an upgrade in our room, we also got a jacuzzi for no extra cost. But we didn't had the time to enjoy it.

Superb location lovely view from room excellent size of room, nice balcony, plenty of parking, huge breakfast, very helpful Christos at reception with lots of helpful information about Konitsa and area.

Very nice hotel with great atmosphere in the mountains of Konitsa. All staff are extreme friendly and service minded. Large rustic rooms with fantastic view. Very nice breakfast. Plenty free parking places. Wounderfull nature and hiking right outside your door. 5 minutes drive uphill from the city center with shops, cafes, restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The scenery from the rooms and breakfast room was outstanding. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Everything was fresh and made from scratch. Including jams and confitures made from fruits grown on trees in the hotel garden! There was a very good vegan variety. The rooms were spacious, quiet and clean. There were options to buy wines and liquors made by the hotel owners which was also nice in the evening.

The most beautiful hotel at the mountain with the amazing view overlooking the surrounding mountains and village of Konitsa. The staff of the hotel were so extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfast was most delicious with all homemade products, and it was served in a beautiful terrace of the hotel.

The driving in the city of konitsa is a little bit dificult of you are using google maps. Drive only on the main aspalt road and not in the small streets as google proose

The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly they guaranteed our stay was fabulous from beginning to end. Especially Dinah and her colleagues. They ensured we went to the best places to eat, saw the best views and even ensured our safety when there was a fire warning (which thankfully did not reach konitsa) The breakfast staff were so attentive we could not have asked for more from a hotel I hope we will be able to visit again soon!
