Location was great, few minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants to try nearby but the room is quiet, beautiful and comfortable, the decor in the lobby is beautiful, mirrors in the lobby to see your outfit before you step out. The staff were friendly, there was a young lady who speaks good English, she was amazing, some of the other staff didn’t speak English but they were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was really good too, lots of food to choose from.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, bathroom was very clean but it just had this smell, more attention needs to be paid to that but overall the hotel was good.

The hosts were fantastic - THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAD IN THE WHOLE OF ALBANIA!! This was the first property that we stayed in who provided tea and coffee facilities in the room - this was brilliant!

There was some small damage to the shower in the bathroom, this could be easily fixed.

We loved the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the buffet breakfast was delicious, huge range of options and good quality. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations, booking a hire car for us and a taxi back to the port. Our room was quiet, good air conditioning, comfy beds. We also loved that there was a pool that was also very clean which was great for cooling off on a hot day.

There could be more rails or hooks for towels in the bathroom. We tried some Albanian wine one day and it was quite expensive compared to other places we had wine. A lot of the beaches nearby are very busy and have loud music playing but if you walk a little further you can find quieter ones.

Amazing accommodation. Beautiful, clean, modern, artsy hotel. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, nice balcony, a drying rack, coffee tea and toiletries in the room daily added. Breakfast was diverse. Staff was super friendly. The pool was cool to use after a hot day at the beach w always available sunbeds. The locations is wonderful, right next to supermarkets, bus stop, good restaurants and a few minutes from many beaches. We recommend Tiki boat beach bar. We had a wonderful time in Ksamil, thank you.

The 'do not disturb' button was pointless to switch on as we got our room cleaned every day anyway. We are grateful for that but I think it's not necessary, I can use a towel 2x. Not sure about this but you should check the fridge door in r.401.

We loved everything about this hotel so much and it's probably our favourite hotel we've ever stayed in. The owner, his family and amazing staff (Doni in particular) are absolutely the selling point of the hotel - they are amazing! So helpful, kind, informative, attentive and considerate. Their ethos is that the customer is always comfortable, happy and content and that is so apparent. They couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. The homemade breakfast buffet, served on the terrace, was gorgeous and it changed every day. The location is fantastic, near beaches and restaurants but not in a loud area. The rooms are so comfortable with a fabulous shower, great air conditioning, electronic key card entry/do not disturb notice & the kettle with tea and coffee sachets was so amazing to have. There is a pool also, which we didn't use as we were out exploring most days but it looked lovely and clean. Albania is full of amazing, kind, hard-working and wonderful people and this hotel is a perfect example of these fabulous people. We really hope to come back again <3

I recently stayed at area hotel with my girlfriend and we had an absolutely memorable experience. the employees at the front office were exceptional providing outstanding service and attention to detail. Their delicate kindness and warm hospitality made our stay truly special. Every interaction was marked by professionalism and guenuine care, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. We are grateful fir their efforts in making our stay so enjoyable and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable and pleasant stay!

Amazing place to stay in Ksamil, friendly staff, delicious breakfast (every morning different variety was offered), very clean rooms, not too far away from the beach. I will definitely come back there again!

Although this hotel was close to the main street which can get busy with cars, it was not a problem during the stay - the windows and balcony doors had a great isolation from the sound. My friend and I liked absolutely everything! Will definitely come back there.

Area Hotel is not just another hotel. From the very first moment we felt welcomed and that we would be well taken care of. You don't just feel like another client but really that you are a guest being hosted by the people running the hotel. Breakfast changed daily, with good choice, both in salty and sweet and good tasty food. The rooms are cute and comfortable. It is five minutes to the beach and all the necessary business. For dinner we got great tips from the receptionist that she also always checked if we had liked the places and how our stay was going. Perfect amount of attention. We felt sad to leave.

Area Hotel is perfectly located in a nice and quiet area, but still not too far from bars, restaurants, and busy streets. It is located about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is quite new, has a modern style to it and beautiful paitings covering all the walls. We booked the suite, which was very spacious, and had a TV, sofa and a balcony. The hotel is run by a very nice and accommodating family. The staff was very kind to us and offered excellent service, such as flowers upon arrival, and free fruits when we said we were going to have a movie night, and booked several of the restaurants we wanted to visit. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, each day a little something new to spice things up, loved it. They also have a nice pool you can cool off in when you are back from the beach.
