Hotel Havana is a great place to book your Albania vacation. Clean & comfortable stay with a beautiful sea view. The General Manager, Esmeralda made sure we were enjoying our stay & asked if there was anything we needed. She was quick on responses from the moment we booked the room & even during our stay. She also helped us coordinate a private tour with Enea Rental. Great customer service from the entire staff. The breakfast was amazing & even cooked us fresh eggs every morning. Having breakfast on the rooftop was just breathtaking as you can see most of Saranda. The location is perfect as there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and the beach immediately right outside the hotel or within walking distance. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the main attraction area where you can lay on the beach, book boat tours or enjoy the food & bars. We loved every moment of our stay & highly recommend Hotel Havana.

Nothing everything was great

After we came from an horrible experience from another hotel/apartment in Sarandë, since we arrived to Hotel Havana the experience was completely different, in a positive way. Esmeralda, was always helpful in our stay. We were thinking to stay only one night but then we ended up to stay for 4 nights. The hotel stays only 15/20 minutes by walking from the center and the attractions in Sarandë. The bed was really comfortable and our room had a balcony with sea view. The shower was also really nice. We always felt really safe and well received. We highly recommend this place!

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She received us in a super nice way. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. A very good place to sleep. Location super close to different offers for restaurants. The breakfast very good.

We were greeted by a cheerful receptionist who was there until late at night. She welcomed us to a beautiful, very clean room where we spent our week-long stay. Parking is available behind the hotel, although it's not always 100% guaranteed, we still managed to find a spot every time. There's also parking by the sea in front of the hotel, where there's always plenty of space. An always-smiling staff member assisted us with parking. Everything was perfect except for one thing.

Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a view of the sea. They offer both sweet and savory dishes. However, these items are exposed to the sun, and things like butter and watermelon juice didn't look or taste particularly fresh. The butter was rancid, and the watermelon juice had an off taste. It would be a good idea to refrigerate these perishable items. We recommend going to breakfast early in the morning.

We have choosed this option because of a good location and seaview balcony and never regret. We have been absolutely amazed with a big clean apartment with fresh renovation. Super friendly and hepful receptionist Esmeralda supported us online before arriving and helped a lot in person after check-in. Moreover, despite the fact that reception works till 23:30, she met as at 2 a.m. and even have sent taxi to pick us up from bus station. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!
