This was our first time in Andorra and I didn't know quite what to expect. The prices were definitely cheaper than France, but none of the hotels that I was looking for had any kind of traditional charm, so I settled on a nice looking hotel with parking at the location as we had a rental car. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and let me know where I could park my car. It was a winding upwards path that was very narrow and if my car had been much bigger it would have been scratched and scraped all the way up. We had chosen the Junior Suite with the Spa Tub (30 Euros extra), which was on the 8th floor with a good view of the city and mountains on one side and the building next door on the other side. The room was well appointed, with nothing special except the bathroom was really big and it had a nice sitting area. It was very quiet and the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay - eggs were cold and the cappuccino machine spat out something that vaguely tasted like coffee. The bar area and restaurant all felt like something out of the 1970s and really needs an update. Checkout was fast and easy and the staff were also very helpful with that too. If you're looking for a nice hotel in downtown Andorra de Valle that's walking distance from all the shops and restaurants then we definitely do recommend this place. Just get your cappuccino at Starbucks!

At the breakfast buffet, please make sure that the hot food is kept hot, especially the eggs.

Th location was fabulous and we chose it because it had a car park. We were able to include both dinner and breakfast when booking the accommodation and the selection for each was fantastic.

From memory I do not believe there was a tea tray in the room and for a 4-star hotel I would have expected there to be a tea tray available.

The staff was uncommonly helpful. For example, although the hotel failed to provide a coffee pot or other means of heating water in the room, the staff supplied a thermos filled with hot water every morning.

Room was clean and big. Location-wise, it's great - a 10 min walk to the national bus station and old town, and around 15-20 min walk to the main shopping street. Facilities were great, including indoor pool and sauna (although jacuzzi did not seem to work on the day we tried to use it). Great selection of food for breakfast.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, dinner menu changed and there was good food selection.

The spa zone needs reparations, but anyway my kids enjoyed it. I hope to return to the hotel next year and find the spa zone as it should be. Everything else was just great.

Access to parking was difficult especially on a heavy Harley Findig room was most complex ever! Room 826. Take lift to 7th floor, then come out of lift, walk down corridor then turn right, then pass first lift, take second lift to 9th floor. Then exit lift on 9th floor into complete darkness. Find room in dark and open door. Spend several minutes in total darkness trying to find light switch. But after all this, the room was great!

The gamehall (airhockey, pool, arcade games, flipper and table football) was epic! Rooms spacious, nice balcony, decent breakfast.

Reception was not too welcoming. Apparently people need a swimming cap in the swimming pool which is strange and you have to buy it at reception. When going out, as in most hotels, the power supply is off as well. Only in this hotel, also the minibar switches off. No cold beers after a long hike in the mountains!! Grrrrr.

Beautifully finished rooms with wood floors & trim The rooftop pool & steam room are great. Hot tub not so hot. AC is quiet but not quite able to cool the room quickly;

It’s not too convenient to the main part of town with all the restaurants. A 20 min walk from the hotel; beds need another pillow;

Parking garage only allows cars smaller than 1.95m. If your car is too big, you will need to find street parking or public parkings (there is one quite nearby).

-nice hotel in general, clean and polite staff. -nice terrace at the room with views to the street. -TV and minibar available. -Comfortable bed. -Towels, gel and shampoo available.

-location 20min walking from centre. -parking at the hotel quite expensive (about 15€/night), although private parkings around are even more expensive. -pool was for free but we were not told that we had to bring a swimming cap and they offer for sale at 3€ each.
