The hotel is in a great location right in the center of town and in front of a great restaurant :) the facilities are good, the staff very friendly, really worth a stay if you're visiting. You have everything close by as you are right in the center of Andorra la Vella.

Not that I didn't like it, but maybe a note to anyone travelling by car, having arrived I had to go all around again, as the parking to the entrance is before the hotel and it is a one way street, so just a heads up to other travellers, but this happens a lot so they have a sheet with guidelines as to how to go around and get to the garage, Would be great if they could share this ahead of time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms (we rented 2) are huge comparing to every other hotel of this kind we've been to, clean and with nice, new bathrooms with bathtubs. We also had breakfast at the hotel - and although the choice of dishes is quite standard, everything was delicious.

My husband uses the wheelchair and, honestly saying, both the parking and the sidewalk from it to the hotel are barely fit for the people with disabilities. Take it into account when considering staying in this hotel, if it is relevant for you.

The room was lovely and the bed amazing and great views and very clean.

parking was a little complicated . Staff could of been more helpful with me while i had to empty my car with cases before i parked. they watched me stuggle while i had to make a few trips. also we had to upgrade just so i could have a coffee machine. would of thought they could of brought me one to are room seen as it was not full as the room we upgraded to was vacant, maybe they could of just brought the coffee machine down to are room. A hotel like this i think there should be a coffee machine in all rooms.

Location was perfect. Just walking distance to many hotels and bars and all the shopping places. 7-8 kins walk from the central bus stand. Big room. Neat and clean bathrooms with all the amenities.

just a small thing. We were told that this room category doesn’t have complementary bottle of water. Thats a bit surprising because I have never seen a lovely hotel with all facilities not giving even a small bottle of water as complimentary ( depending upon the room category) regardless of the fact that tap water is fit to drink. I am saying this after traveling to more than 25 countries and visiting than 50 cities worldwide ( big and small ). Its a very small thing. Maybe the hotel management can look into this.

The room was quite big and had a balcony too, so we could see the centre from it. Also very quiet, we did not hear anything during the night. Bed was the best part, so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we would have booked for two nights. I also enjoyed that they had soy milk to go with coffee in the morning.

Parking is a bit tricky, but the hotel gives very good instructions to how to find the parking. The address is not the same as the hotel, but it connected to the hotel.

Room was very spacious and quiet. Easy access to centre of Andorra. Car park is secure. Hotel sent information to access this. Exit of car park is almost next to hotel entrance but entrance is other side. If coming from France from Foix put hotel name in sat nav as you drive along road just before hotel you will see the name of the car park and the entrance - take this. Once you go by it you are on a one way system to find it again. Reception welcoming.

Great location, big rooms with lots of space, comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

No tea or coffee facilities in room, bar and restaurant closed on a Saturday night but you could buy drinks from reception so not really an issue, just would have been nice to be able to relax in a bar.

Great location right in the middle of the city. We were not disturbed by any noise though. walking from our hotel to the heart of the shopping was fantastic.

They give you a video to watch to park the car, what the hotel doesn't enforce is park the car then go to reception. This is worth noting as there is no place to park the car outside the hotel. (You can do it, but you are on the footpath)

The room was very spacious and modern! It had all necessary facilities and a huge bed. The staff was polite and responsive. The hotel is super centrally located and everything important in La Vella is at walking distance.

The parking is very difficult to find, and it would have been useful if we have received the instructions on how to find it before arriving at the hotel. This would have saved us a great deal of going around in circles looking where to park in order to get in the hotel and ask for the parking. Also, the parking is additionally charged per night, and breakfast is charged at €17 per person, which is a rather high extra cost for a 4* hotel.

Excellent location right in the heart of town with the tourist information centre across the road, main shopping street straight ahead and the bus stop taking you to nearby ski resorts 5 minute walk away. Very well presented and looked after rooms, hats off to the housekeeping team, our’s even had a Bath which was a big bonus to soak in after each day’s skiing. Breakfast was lovely and the staff at reception couldn’t have done Any more for us, they were Absolutely fantastic, extremely accommodating and as helpful as possible with all of our requests. Great stay all round at the NH!

Not a great deal…the fact that there was no kettle in the room perhaps, which would have been nice but apart from that all amenities were just what we needed and a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere to stay in.
