Location was great for the old town. Easy to get to bus stop to go skiing. Good selection of restaurants. Close to shops etc. Nice park close only 5-10 mins away. Staff were helpful and the room was thoroughly cleaned each day.

The shower only aimed the water at the wall so I had to get on tiptoes to use shower head separately and worried I might slip. No proper daylight as window frosted and dark wall opposite only inches away. This would have been OK for a short trip but for over 3 weeks it became a bit depressing. Room was a bit noisy at night and early morning as lift opposite my door and people arriving and leaving. I would certainly consider staying again if I could get a room with daylight and a better shower.

Staff was very helpful and the location wise hostel is very good. Only problem I had was that no roaming facility by Vodafone in Andorra and I was using offline maps and the road to hostel was blocked and it took me a while to figure out the connection of parking next to edificio Andorra administration to the road behind the hostel.

The room was very small and the next room has a window near my window and they were very loud in their activities which was kind of disturbing for me. Apart from it my stay was good.

Staff: All of them were very helpful and nice. They gave me great information and helped me quite a lot during my stay. Room: The bed was comfortable. The toilet flushed properly. There was always hot water around. It was also very clean. Breakfast: They have jamon iberico, normal ham, bacon, tortilla Espanyol, scrambled and boiled eggs, apple juice, orange juice, water and coffee or tea at your choosing. Location: It is very nicely located close to St. Esteve Church and thus the city centre.

Nothing much to say in here. I wish they would have had AC as the weather was extremely hot when I was in Andorra, but this was not their fault. These kind of temperatures were not normal for Andorra.

Located in the heart of Andorra la Vella, slightly aside from the crowdy streets. This place is good value for this price, but don't expect anything fancy. The room had everything needed for a couple of days' stay. Though in-house wifi wasn't working most of the time. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, but most of the places only work the first half of the day (take thins into account if you'd plan to spend most of the time skiing or sightseeing and hope to dinner by the time of your return).

WiFi was extremely bad.

The hotel is in the upper part of the city near to Sant Esteve and has a selection of restaurants around it. The main centre is about a ten-minute walk downhill. The hotel provides good accommodation for a stay in the city. My bathroom was bigger than expected and the room perfectly pleasant.

Everything was fine- a standard hotel with nothing exceptional about it and nothing to complain about. Breakfast has to be booked in advance if you want it.

I was very happy with my room and the service I received. My room looked exactly as in the online photos. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good. It was a single room but there was space for luggage. The hotel is situated in the old historic part of town but is a few minutes walk from the main street with the shops and restaurants. Staff spoke excellent English and were helpful. The room was quiet and I slept well.

Location Location Location! Staff terrifically helpful and friendly. Breakfast room and patio area charming. Breakfast substantial.

Room slightly depressing in size and decor. No water glass. Mattress lumpy. No discount-arrangement with parking garage, as my referring friend had reported from his time here in Oct 2018.

I wanted a scraper and a mop in the bathroom; Most importantly, the heating should have been working, as it was a bit cold at night. And I hope the price will be more economical next time

The cook was really friendly and the croissant is really delicious :D

Maybe, an electric fan would be of great help (it's a bit hot inside, so we had to open the windows during nighttime... the problem is, it was noisy outside, so it's a trade-off).

Lovely receptionists helped and kept company. Clean room and good location!

Could definitely get a double bed for the money you pay bit I guess in Andorra's standards it's not a lot. Heating was very weak too so felt a bit cold.
